基于单片机的空调器故障诊断系统的设计研究

【摘要】 因现有的空调故障诊断系统可靠性欠佳,本文在理论分析和实验的基础上研究了空调器工作参数的影响因素,并分析了空调器常见故障对参数的影响,建立了基于5个温度的故障诊断逻辑。以此为基础设计了空调器故障诊断系统,提高了诊断的可靠性。完成了以下主要工作:1、获得了空调器故障特性与故障诊断逻辑本文参考相关的空调故障表,通过实验人为设置各种故障,改变故障的深度,获得工作温度的变化曲线,从而作为分析判断的依据。在此基础上,再利用对实测参数分析的结果与正常值进行比较,从而建立故障诊断的逻辑关系。为建立故障诊断系统提供理论依据。2、完成了空调器故障实时检测与诊断系统的设计研究开发了一种以AT89C52单片机为核心的空调器故障实时检测与故障诊断系统,系统设计由硬件和软件两部分组成。对空调环境温度和工作温度的采集通过测温电路将温度信号转换为电压信号,单片机采用查表方式直接读取温度。采用串行控制的VLCM128*64显示器,由AT89C52单片机串行控制显示相应的内容。结合相关的设备资料及实验确定了压缩机运行时间与故障之间的关系。设计了一独立于AT89C52系统的计时电路,结合软件的编制来确定压缩机的运行时间。系统采用了继电器与空调器主要开关连接,将动作信号经光电隔离后送入单片机的中断口,由单片机判断空调器所处状态的变化。系统硬件电路将维修人员操作的按键与AT89C52的中断系统紧密相连,并编制了软件。系统能够方便地按操作要求显示相关内容。在设计软件时主要考虑了空调诊断系统能及时判断空调运行状态的改变并能获取相应的环境和工作温度,按照故障诊断逻辑进行分析判断,并能按照操作进行功能的切换。

【Abstract】 Because of the insufficient reliability of nowadays air conditioner fault diagnosing system (ACFDS), the writer of the thesis has concluded domestic air conditioner fault diagnosing logic based on 5 operating temperature and the analysis of influence relevant to conditioner characteristic and the link between fault and characteristic. Based on which and the following work, the ACFDS has been designed, and the reliability of which has been improved.1、Has obtained conditioner fault characteristic and fault diagnosing logic.With the reference to conditioner fault table and experiment, the writer adjusts different assigned faults and has obtains the relationship between the fault and operating temperature.Based on the relationship and comparison between analysed characteristic and normal ones, the writer has established fault diagnosing logic and provided fundamentals to the ACFDS.2、Accomplished the design of the ACFDS.Has studied and finished ACFDS based on AT89C52 microprocessor which is composed of the following hardware and software.To obtain the circumstance and operating temperature, a temperature measurement circuit has been applied, and the voltage signal transformed from temperature signal is read by microprocessor directly from temperature table. The serially controlled VLCM128*64 LED is serially controlled by microprocessor and displays relevant content.With the relationship based on reference and experiment between the operating time and varies faults, the compressor operating time is calculated by software and a timer circuit which is independent on AT89C52 microprocessor.To judge the operating state of conditioner, relays have been connected with main switches of air conditioner and the operating signal delivered from the coupled circuit is transferred to the interrupt port of microprocessor.The hardware has a connection between maintenance operating button and the
