【摘要】 本人自工作之日起就在建筑咨询行业工作,对监理等建筑咨询行业目前的发展状况和竞争程度非常了解,可以说该类公司之间的竞争已到了白热化程度。随着建筑咨询行业对资企业的开放和科学管理技术的引进,竞争将更激烈,中资建筑咨询行企业的生存更令人担忧。通过本文关于传统的监理公司向项目管理型监理公司转变的研究,希望能为国内监理等建筑咨询公司的未来发展方向和出路给出一定的借鉴作用。本文首先从我国建设监理制度的现状出发,在分析国内建设监理企业和行业发展现状的基础上总结我国监理公司发展中存在的问题;其次,介绍了国外若干工程项目管理的经验,提出了建立项目管理型监理公司是我国监理企业发展的重要出路的观点,论证了我国建设监理制度与项目管理接轨的必要性、科学性和合理性;再次,详细剖析了项目管理型企业的组织特征和运作模式基础上;最后,从转变方式、外部环境和内部条件三个方面提出了我国工程建设监理与项目管理接轨的具体措施。结合多年的监理企业工作经验,利用亲自参与的“上海市ХХ工程咨询公司杨高路造价咨询项目”的案例,分析论证了工程建设监理向项目管理转型的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 First, this article constructed the overseeing system from our country the present situation to embark, analyzes the existing question of the construct overseeing system in our country; Second, we introduce the overseas certain engineering project management experiences and proved the necessity, scientific nature and rationality of the transition from the construct overseeing system to the project management connected rails; Thirdly, the article analyze the project management enterprise’s organization characteristic and the operation pattern foundation in detail; Finally, the author propose the concrete measure of how to construct the project management overseeing connects rails from the aspects of the transformation way, the external environment and internal condition.Unified many years overseeing enterprise work experience, the use personally participated in the case of "ShanghaiХХproject consultant firm Yang Gao Road the construction cost consultation project", the analysis proves the engineering construction to oversee to the project management reforming feasibility.更多还原
