利用精密冲压级进模具技术提升效率改善质量的研究

【摘要】 模具是工业生产中重要的工艺装备,是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一,它在工业生产中起着极其重要的作用。模具种类繁多,要求各异,在现有的多种冲压模具中,精密多任务位级进模是较先进的一种,它具有高效率、高精度等优越性。随着经济的发展,消费水平的提高,各种家用电器和消费性电子产品更新换代速度的加快并向小型化发展。因此,作为其关键部件之一的连接器也向小型化发展。为了能够满足市场需求,并获取最大利润和客户满意度,是每个生产厂商的最大目标。高质量的产品(冲压件)依赖于高质量的模具,高质量的模具才可能保证高的生产效率,低的报废率,从而维持较低的成本,较低的售价和较强的市场竞争力。本文简要介绍了级进模的设计方法和精密级进模设计要点,并通过精密级进模成功开发改善历程结合一些实用有效的IE手法来进行阐述。从而达到提升效率,改善产品质量,降低制造成本的目的。

【Abstract】 Stamping die is important equipment in industrial manufacturing and is one of the major basements in the development of the domestic economy. It plays leading roles in the industry. Stamping dies have many types and each type has it’s own demand. Of all the stamping dies, precision multity progressive die is one of the more advanced types. It has many excellences, such as, high efficiency, high precision.With the development of economy and consumption, the frequency of turnover about electrical appliances and electronic products are becoming faster and faster. And the components within those products also become smaller and smaller. Thereforce one of the key parts of those products, the connector also becomes smaller and smaller. Then supplying the market, obtaining the maxium profit and satifying the customer are the greatest targets for every enterprise.High quality products (stamping parts) depend on high quality stamping die, which can maintain higher efficiency, lower scrape rate, lower cost and price and stronger competition.This thesis simply introduces design methods of progressive dies and key points of designing the precision stamping die. Combining a specific precision progressive stamping die with some efficient IE methods, we have finally enhance the efficiency, improved the quality of products and lower the cost .
