【摘要】 沥青拌和设备的规划建设和技术研究是公路发展和公路施工技术进步的必然要求，拌和设备的布局合理性，不但会影响到沥青施工的组织安排，而且还要影响到施工质量和施工效益，同时对一个地区路面施工企业的投资成本和自然环境的优劣也有影响。本文结合扬州地区当前沥青路面的现行状况和“十一五”期间公路发展趋势的调查，评估了扬州地区沥青混凝土市场的需求，通过对国内外沥青拌和设备技术研究的现状和走势分析，对不同类型拌和设备的比较，论证了在扬州地区规划建设拌和设备的可行性和必要性。文章分析了影响拌和场选址的主要因素和主要费用，提出了主要费用的计算方法，并以客观条件为前提，从经济角度和技术角度，提出了建设沥青拌和场的选取址模型，并研究得出扬州地区拌和设备的布局规划。笔者还采用由丹麦工程师爱尔朗创立的排队论就拌和设备与之相配套的施工机械的选择进行了技术研究，提出了合理配置配套的技术要领。拌和设备的生产管理也是本课题的一个重要内容，本文就此也作了相关的探讨。总而言之，该课题将对扬州地区拌和设备的规划建设和生产管理起到一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plan and research of the asphalt mixing device is the necessary requirement ofthe road construction and the advancement of road construct The rationality of theasphalt mixing devices’ layout not only influences the arrangenmet of construction, butalso has effect to the quality and benefit of the construction.It also has effect to theinvestment cost of the construction company and the enviroment.According to the current status of asphalt road surface of Yanzhou and theinvestigation of the trend of road construction during the eleventh five years plan,thepaper gives a evaluation of the demand of asphalt concrete in Yangzhou.By the analyseof status quo and trend of the asphalt mixing devices’research inside and outside thecountry and the compare of the different type of asphalt mixing device,it demonstratesthe feasibility and necessity of constructing asphlt mix device in Yanzhou.The paper analyses the main factors and cost that affects the selection of the placefor asphalt mixing and the way to calculate the main cost.It gives the model of selectionthe place for the asphalt mixing in the view of economic and technology and the layoutof the asphalt device in Yangzhou was put forward.The author also studies the selection of the constructing machine which matches theasphalt mixing device by using the queueing theory which was put forward byA.K.Erlang a engineer comes form Danmark and gives the main points for thereasonable selection of the machines which matches the asphalt mixing device.The production managerment of the asphalt mixing device is also an important partof the paper and some discussion was given.Totally speaking, this study will give a guidance for the plan and managerment ofthe asphalt mixing device in Yangzhou.更多还原
