软土地区机场飞行区地下穿越工法适应性研究

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,越来越多的机场在扩建中面临着在机场运营条件下实施地下穿越的需求,其中以软土地层中实施飞行区地下穿越难度最大,各工法不但要适应软土地层条件和机场飞行区的线路条件,而且还要满足机场飞行区严格的环境控制要求和安全控制要求。本文对几种工法在机场飞行区复杂环境下的适应性进行了研究,其主要研究内容及研究成果如下: (1)分别从地层的适应性、环境要求的适应性、线路限制条件的适应性、工期和造价的适应性、安全控制要求的适应性等五方面对四种主要工法盾构法、管幕法、浅埋暗挖法、明挖法进行了适应性研究,并对各工法在软土地区机场适应性进行了比较。 (2)通过经验公式和数值计算,对盾构法和管幕法在穿越机场跑道区域时对地面沉降、道面应力、道面变坡率、道面变形曲率进行了研究,对两种工法在穿越跑道等环境要求严格区域的适应性进行了定量分析,得出在目前的参数控制水平下,盾构法更能适应于穿越跑道等沉降控制严格区域,但仍需设置较深埋深并采取严格的控制措施; (3)在对计算结果分析的基础上,总结了施工沉降控制指标的确定因素,指出最大沉降控制标准不仅与道面强度、道面厚度、土体性质有关,更与道面已有沉降和施工沉降曲线密切相关。在此基础上提出了道面沉降控制标准的确定方法,从道面应力控制方面对盾构法穿越跑道区域进行了控制标准计算。 (4)结合上海某机场的工程实践,对盾构法、管幕法、浅埋暗挖法、明挖法等四种工法进行了应用研究,比较得出在穿越跑道等环境、安全控制严格区域,盾构法更能适应于地下通道穿越机场跑道区域工程。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy, underpass is applied for airport extension under operation condition in more and more airport, and the most difficult is the one that is constructed in soft soil stratums under flying area, all construction methods not only should adapt to the soft soil stratums condition and route condition of flying area in airport, but also meet the strict requirements of environment and safety. The adaptability of several construction methods under complex condition in flying zone is studied in this article, and main study content and fruit as follows:(1) The adaptability of shield method, pipe-roofing method, shallow-depth subsurface excavation method and cut-and-cover method is studied from five aspect, these aspects are adaptability of stratum, adaptability of environment requirement, adaptability of route restrictive condition, adaptability of construction period and cost and adaptability of safety control. And the adaptability of every construction method in soft soil zone is compared.(2) Ground settlement, stress of pavement, slope ratio of pavement and distortion curvature of pavement are studied by using of experienced formula and numerical calculation on condition that shield method and pipe-roofing method are applied for underpass in runway zone. Quantitative analysis is used for the adaptability of two kinds of methods in strict environment requirement zone, and the conclusion is shield method is more suitable for strict settlement control zone in the condition of present parameter control level, but deeper depth and strict control measure still be needed.(3) The factors of construction settlement control index are summed up on the basis of analysis on calculation result. And a conclusion is get that maximum settlement control standard is not only related to strength of pavement, thickness of pavement and soil property, but also related tightly to existed settlement of pavement and construction settlement curve. Pavement stress control theory is applied for control standard calculation of underpass with shield method in runway zone.(4) Shield method, pipe-roofing method, shallow-depth subsurface excavation method and cut-and-cover method are studied by being combined with engineering practice of one airport in SHANGHAI, the conclusion is reached by comparison that
