波浪荷载作用下深水墩钢管桩施工平台动力性能研究

【摘要】 随着桥梁建设的发展,桥梁施工经常面临在深水中施工桥墩的情况,使现有施工技术面临严峻挑战。作为施工临时结构的施工平台对深水墩施工的进行有着至关重要的作用。钢管桩施工平台在整个施工过程中受到多种荷载作用,这些外荷载的计算理论以及作用方式还并不为人们所熟知。在这些作用力中还包括许多随机的动荷载,计算和考察其整体以及局部的动力反应,预估其破坏状况,提出补强措施,确定经济合理的设计目标和方法,无疑是有意义的。 首先,本文总结了钢管桩施工平台结构分析的单元模型和整体计算模型,采用三维空间杆系建立结构的整体计算模型;分析了波浪力的计算理论,并考察了波浪力的不同施加方式的影响;对结构中的斜桩的波浪力的计算提出了简化的考虑方法,并验证了其准确性。 在第四章,完成了结构在随机波浪力作用的动力响应分析,从概率分析的角度考察结构的安全度;进行了结构与水的耦合作用的定性分析,分析了附连水质量和水动力阻尼对结构动力响应的影响,以及如何利用这些影响因数达到结构的合理设计。 本文第五章,利用ANSYS有限元程序模拟了多条随机波浪力的时间历程曲线,并利用这些时程曲线进行了结构的线性时程分析;对确定性波和随机性波的分析结果作了分析比较。 最后,本文研究了施工平台的自振频率以及振型分布情况;对施工平台各组成构件(平连钢管、剪刀撑)对结构动力响应的影响作了比较;分析了上部纵横向贝雷架对结构整体刚度以及动力响应的影响。探讨了钢管桩施工平台的工作性能,给出了设计建议。相关结论可供今后类似工程的设计与施工参考。

【Abstract】 With the booming development of bridge construction, bridge construction often face with building brige piper in the deep-water. It makes present construction techonology of construction company of our country face with grim challenges. As a temporary construction structure, construction platform means critical importance to construction operation of deep-water piper in the construction process. During the construction process of the steel pipe platform, there are many forces act on it, and people are still not very familiar with the calculation principium and the style of which they act on the platform. Otherwise there are many random dynamic force act on the platform, so there is no doubt that we should calculate the dynamic response of the whole structure and the local position, estimate the failure mode damage condition, put forward the improvement measure and determine the economical design method.The element model and computer model of the structure is analysised, and the three-dimensional beam element is adopt to build the calculation model. The author give the reasonable calculation method of the wave force and analysis the influence of different mode of action of the wave force. Simplified method of calculating the wave force of the oblique pipe was given.In chapter 4, the random dynamic response analysis based on the wave force was made. The caculated dynamic response was considerd to the couple of structure and water in the action of wave force. The influence of the hydrodynamic dame and additional water mass on the random dynamic response was analyzed. The results show that the dynamic influence of the wave force should be considered during designing construction platform.In chapter 5, with the help of the ANSYS finite element programming, author stimulate many time historical curves of wave force. Time historical analysis based on deterministic wave force and random wave force was made. The calculation of random wave force and determinate wave force were compared.
