大口径灌注桩水下混凝土流态模型分析与质量控制

【摘要】 本文主要运用静力学、运动学和液体力学等理论来分析导管浇筑法灌注水下混凝土流动状态,分析研究的方法以理论分析为主,结合施工实践,辅以基桩检测结果。首先从导管浇筑法灌注水下混凝土的原理出发,根据孔内水下混凝土的流动特性,运用流体力学有关理论和扩散原理等进行分析,提出孔内水下混凝土的临界流动速度和影响直径等概念,建立采用导管浇筑法灌注水下混凝土时孔内水下混凝土流动状态的标准流态模型。接着对孔内水下混凝土流动状态进行了分类,把孔内水下混凝土流动状态分为四种基本流态:完全平稳流态、完全翻滚流态、局部平稳流态和局部翻滚流态。其后提出了在不同条件下,孔内水下混凝土不同流动状态可以相互转变的观点,并分析其转变的条件;再后结合工程实践,分析不同流态对钻(冲)孔灌注桩施工质量的影响,运用导管浇筑法灌注水下混凝土流态理论解释钻(冲)孔桩施工中出现的一些现象和产生质量问题或缺陷的原因;并分析导管浇筑法灌注水下混凝土流态影响因素与质量控制。最后归纳了本文主要结论和建议以及简要概述了进一步工作的方向。

【Abstract】 The theory of static, dynamics and hydromechanics were applied to analysis on the flow state of pouring underwater concrete with conduit placement method, the main analytic study is the method of theoretical analysis, combine construct practice, the assistant of foundation pile detecting result. Sets off the principle of pouring underwater concrete with conduit placement method first, Be based on the flow characteristic of underwater concrete in hole, Apply relevant theory of hydromechanics and diffuse principle to carry out analysis, Suggest that concepts such as the critical flow velocity affecting a diameter of underwater concrete in hole, Build the standard fluid state model, it is that flow state of underwater concrete in hole when adopting pouring underwater concrete with conduit placement method. Then, the fluid state has carried out classification on underwater concrete in hole, Divides the fluid state of underwater concrete in hole into four kinds the basic fluid state: completely stable fluid state and roll fluid state, partly stable fluid state and partly roll fluid state. Some viewpoints have been suggested that the different fluid state of underwater concrete in hole under different condition, and the condition was analyzed for its changes. Combine project practice again, analysis an impact of unlike fluid state over construct quality when drilling (punching) filling pile, Apply the theory of pouring underwater concrete with conduit placement method explain a little phenomenon appearing and the cause producing quality problem or the defect in construct drilling (punching) piles, And analysis influencing factor and quality control of the fluid state of pouring underwater concrete with conduit placement method. The main conclusion and suggestion have summed up the text finally, As well as brief have summarized the direction working further.
