五轴数控高速铣削加工中心的仿真研究

【摘要】 随着科技的发展和新产品的不断涌现,高速度、高效率、高精度和高刚度已成为当今数控机床发展的主要方向,为满足数控机床发展需要并适应当今激烈的市场竞争,必须使用先进制造技术加速高性能机床产品的开发。了解高速机床的结构和工作原理,如何更好地发挥高速机床的性能和提高高速机床的效率就成了普遍关注的问题。本课题主要根据虚拟生产线布局的要求,利用虚拟制造技术研究高性能铣削加工机床的虚拟建模和动力学仿真。 本论文首先分析了HERMLE C40五轴数控高速铣削加工中心的结构特点,提取了主要模块,采用基于特征的参数化实体建模技术完成HERMLE C40五轴数控高速铣削加工中心主要模块零部件的虚拟模型,并且使用虚拟装配技术完成该加工中心主要部件和整机的虚拟装配模型。在ANSYS有限元分析软件平台上,分析了机床结构的固有频率和主振型,进行了模态分析,验证了虚拟模型的适用性。 最后,关于进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨论。

【Abstract】 Now, following the development of technology and the emergency of the new products, high speed, high efficiency, high precision and high rigidity have been the main developing trend of numeric-control (NC) machine tools. To meet the need of NC machine tools’ development and adapt to the heated market competition, we must use advanced manufacturing technology to design the machine tool with excellent service capability. We are concerned about the structure and the principle of high-speed machines and how to work better to enhance the efficiency of high-speed machine. In this paper, the virtual designing and the virtual dynamics simulation of high-speed machining tool are done using virtual manufacturing technology on the basis of virtual production line.Firstly, the structure of HERMLE MACHINING CENTER C 40 is analyzed. The main modules are chosen. The Virtual models of the modules of HERMLE MACHINING CENTER C 40 are accomplished adopting parametric entity modeling technology based on feature. And then the virtual assembly models of components and whole machine are set up using virtual assembly technology. Using ANSYS software, the inherent frequencies and the librating models are gotten based on the mode analyzing technology. The virtual model of HERMLE MACHINING CENTER C 40 is proved to be suitable for use.
