灯泡灌流泵站结构受力分析

【摘要】 国内水利水电工程建设目前正处于前所未有的蓬勃发展时期,南水北调工程正在我国如火如荼的进行着。其中因灯泡贯流体泵站进出水流道简单,水力损失小,装置效率高,基础开挖少,结构简单,节省投资,在南水北调的东线工程中具有较大的应用价值。目前泵站厂房结构的分析方法主要有三种方法:结构力学法、材料力学法和有限单元法;泵房底板计算方法有:倒置梁法、地基梁法。在实际工程中,泵站结构通常的分析方法是将空间结构简化为平面问题进行分析,但是这种简化得到的结果与实际结果有较大差别。对于大型泵站,特别是大型灯泡贯流体泵站,由于涉及机电设备布置和流道的影响,其几何形状和荷载分布也相当复杂,所以对于大型泵站还是有必要进行结构空间分析。 本文以南水北调东线第一期工程淮阴三站为工程背景,建立大型泵站结构的三维数值模型,采用特殊的单元模式,合理模拟大型泵站结构的受力特性。对泵站进行三维有限元静力计算分析,计算中考虑了厂房自重、静水压力、土压力等。给出了泵站在四种工况下出现的最大位移和应力、以及出现的部位。 现行水闸和泵站设计规范的推荐的“截条法”,为了评估这种简化计算所导致的差异,本文对淮阴三站的上游、跨中、下游的三个垂直水流方向的剖面的二维模型与三维模型的计算结果进行分析:①从定性的角度比较两种计算方法所求得的应力和变形的分布规律的异同;②从定量的角度对应力和弯矩进行比较;③比较计算中选择不同位置的计算断面对结果的影响。确定简化平面分析结果与空间有限元分析结果的差异、对于泵站、特别是灯泡式贯流式泵房结构设计的安全和经济具有重要意义,还为后继的六座大型灯泡式贯流泵泵站的结构设计提供指导。

【Abstract】 At present, the engineering construction of domestic water conservancy and hydropower is in unprecedented flourishing developing period,The South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China is carrying on rapidly.The bulb tubular pumping station among them becomes a kind of pattern with big application value in the east route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China. Because of its simple charge and discharge passages,high efficiency of the installment, little lose of water head, little of foundation excavation,simple structure, saving the investment. There are main three methods in the mechincal analysis and the stability analysis to the workshop of pumping station at present time, which are mechanics of structures method、 mechanics of materials method and finite element method. The main computational methods of inner-bottom plate of the pumping station are: inverted beam method, elastic foundation beam method. It is a common way that the special structures are predigested into plane problems, but the results are cursory. For the mammoth pumping stations, especially for the mammoth bulb tubular pumping stations whose geometric forms and load distributions are very complex due to the collection of the mechanical and electrical equipments and the influence of the flow passage, so it is necessary to carry out spatial analysis for the mammoth pumping station.This paper is written in the engineering background what is huaiyinsanzhan pumping station, which is the East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project in China. Three-dimensional finite element of the pumping station is set up, in which the special element model is adopted to simulate the structural characteristics.The static analysis is on Three-dimensional finite element of the pumping station,in which considering the gravity of the workshop, hydrostatic pressure, soil pressure and so on.It shows the maximal stress and displacement and the location of them in the four cases.The present code for design of sluice and pumping station recommends the methed of truncation strip, in order to appraise the difference caused by this kind of simplification computation.This paper analyses the calculated result of the 3-D model and the 2-D model which is the three perpendicular to the flow direction profiles from the
