真空断路器健康诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 真空断路器是电力系统中的重要设备之一,起着控制和保护双重任务,其运行状态直接影响着电力系统的运行稳定性和供电可靠性,当它发生故障或事故时会引起电网事故或扩大事故,造成相当大的经济及其它方面的损失。 近年来,由于我国电力系统电压等级的不断提高,电网覆盖面积的不断增大以及容量的不断提升,对真空断路器的可靠性水平要求也越来越高。我国目前采用的“定期维修”的计划体制存在严重的不足,如临时性维修不足、维修过剩、盲目维修或因检修不当而引发检修事故。依靠设备状态监测、建立在设备运行状态基础上的状态检修是当前科学的状态检修制度,对真空断路器进行在线监测研究,对提高真空断路器的检修水平,实现真空断路器的状态检修,具有重要的经济意义和技术意义。 本文以真空断路器的在线监测为目标,经过大量调研,得出了能反映断路器健康状况的一系列参数,并分析了这些参数的现有的检测方法的利弊,最后确定了监测对象以及所用的传感器,结合国网南京自动化研究院和南京供电公司合作的“基于自愈控制技术的城市电网自动化系统”这个项目,开发了真空断路器在线监测装置。

【Abstract】 Vacuum circuit breaker is one of the most broadly applied electric devices in power systems. It is used to control and safeguard electric power equipment in electric power system. The status of breakers directly influences the stability and reliability of power system. When it gets out of order, it will cause electric power accident or other indirect accident.In recent years, as a result of the unceasing enhancement of electrical powersystem voltage rank, the request of the reliable leve high of the vacuum circuit-breaker is more and more high. The traditional scheduled maintenance or Time Based Maintenance has some serious defects, such as sub-maintenance, over-maintenance and the faults caused by the maintenance accident. Condition Based Maintenance, being based upon condition monitoring, is the most advanced maintenance program nowadays. So, to carry out on-line working condition monitoring research for Vacuum circuit breaker is of great significance to enhance the maintaining of circuit-breakers and to convert from planning maintenance to condition based maintenance.This thesis aims at the on-line monitoring of the vacuum circuit breaker, in accordance with massive investigation and study, we get a series of parameters which can reflect healthy state of the vacuum circuit breaker, and then analyze the advantages and dis advantages of the existing examination methods of these parameters, finally determine the monitor object as well as the sensors, and unifies the project "automated system of the city electrical network based on Self-healing Control technology" which is cooperated by Nanjing Automation Research Institute and Nanjing ElectricPower Company, and develop the vacuum circuit-breaker on-line monitoring installment.
