谏壁抽水站泵房下部结构三维有限元分析

【摘要】 目前,泵房结构的主要分析方法有:结构力学法、材料力学法和有限单元法。在泵站结构分析的过程中通常将结构简化为二维平面问题进行近似处理,但这种近似计算的结构往往与实际的空间分析有一定差异。对大型泵站,由于进出水流道的形状不规则以及泵房内由于设备管道的布置在整个结构内部产生诸多大小形状不一的空腔,使得泵房结构整体几何形状不够规则,再加上荷载和边界条件的复杂性,对泵房结构进行三维空间分析是很有必要的。 本文结合实际工程——镇江市谏壁抽水站,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对泵房下部结构进行建模,按照工程结构设计时的各荷载工况,对泵房结构进行三维有限元分析。根据泵房的位移、应力的最大值和位置以及选取典型断面的节点处位移、应力值,对泵房结构的位移、应力情况进行分析,并对谏壁抽水站的整体结构设计进行评价。将有限元处理的内力值与结构力学简化计算的内力值进行初步比较,查找分析产生差别的原因。根据后处理结果得到有限元计算的最大拉应力位置和内力值,选取一些典型断面来分析产生较大拉应力的大致位置及其产生的原因,对与其同类型的大型泵站的结构设计配筋提供参考。 通过有限元分析的结果与采用平面简化计算得到的结果对比,可以看出有限元方法具有较大的应用前景,比较切合工程实际。本文通过在各个工况荷载下结构的变形和内力分析,验证了有限元方法在大型泵站结构分析中的可行性。

【Abstract】 At present, the main methods in the stress analysis and the stability analysis of the pumping station are: mechanics of structures method, mechanics of materials method, finite element method. In the structural analysis of the pumping station, it is a common way that the special structure is assumed as plane problems. But the results of the simplified method is cursory, because there exists large differences with the true results. As the large pumping station to be concerned, its geometric forms of the inlet and outlet flow passage and devices distribution are complex, which made the geometric forms are very anomalistic. The loads distribution and constrain conditions are also unequal, so that the whole pumping house is very complex, which made that it is necessary to carry out spacial three-dimensional analysis for the large pumping house.This paper is written combined with the engineering of Jianbi pumping station, which is located in Zhen Jiang city. Three-dimensional finite element model of the pumping house infrastructure is set up, in which the spacial element model is adopted to simulate the structural characteristics under the loads of each condition. According to the maximum of the displacement and stress and their location, this paper analyzes the stress and displacement condition of the pumping house infrastructure. Through the analysis of the typical nodes in the chosen sections, this paper appraises the whole structural designment of the pumping station. The internal force of the finite element method compares with the plane results of the mechanics of structure method, finding the differences between them, and then analyzing the reason. In the general postprocessor of ANSYS, the values and locations of the maximal tensile stress can be acquired. Through the analysis of the chosen typical section, the main locations of biggish tensile stress in the whole pumping house infrastructure could be got, and the reason why cause the tensile stress is analyzed, which could be the reference to the structural reinforced designing in the similar type of the large-scale pumping station.Compared to other simplified analytical method, FEM provides much feasibility and foreground for the pumping station’s structural design.
