数控加工中心切削过程仿真系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 科学技术的高速发展,加速了制造业的变革。数控技术成为现代制造技术的核心技术,虚拟制造技术作为数控技术得以推广普及和发展的必要补充,成为众多科研工作者关注的一个方向。本文在分析和研究现有研究成果的基础上,应用虚拟仿真技术针对于立式加工中心的特点,主要对以下几个方面进行了深入的研究。1.本系统设计了虚拟数控系统,采用层次化建模方式,将机床分解成部件、零件和基本体素,组成机床的多级装配树,实现机床的几何建模。根据机床的实际结构构建自动换刀装置(ATC)几何模型和换刀控制系统。2.研究NC数控程序代码的分析处理方法和编译原理,并结合数控系统的编程规范设计了虚拟数控系统的NC数控程序代码编译器。3.在分析刀具和零件特点的基础上,利用Microsoft Active Data Objects (ADO)数控库知识,实现了对刀具零件的管理功能,能够快速完成对刀具、零件的查找、编辑、添加和删除。4.创新的提出Z向变化自相似动态四叉树( Z-Quadtrees )除料算法,来建立零件模型和刀具仿真模型。

【Abstract】 The high speed development of science and technology has accelerated the change of manufacture. The numerical control technique is becoming the kernel technique of modern manufacture technology. Virtual manufacture technology as necessary complementarities of generalize and development in NC technology, which becomes a research goal, which Scientific researcher pay attention to it. In this paper, based on the analyses and investigation of current achievements of vertical milling center, further research has been done in the following aspects.1 The virtual NC system is designed, Disassemble machining center into parts, accessory and components by hierarchical modeling function. These three parts compose the three levels assembling tree of the machine tools, and in this way, the geometry modeling of vertical milling center is founded. According to the structure construct the geometric model of Automatic Tools Changer and ATC control system.2 The analysis processing method and the translation principle of the NC numerical control code and according to the numerical control system’s standard to design the virtual numerical control system compilerIs studied.3 Based on analyzing the character of tools and parts , uses the data-base knowledge of Microsoft Active Data Objects(ADO) , This module can realized the management function for cutting tools and parts, it can accomplish the lookup ,editing, adding and deleting4 Innovation (Z-Quadtrees) algorithm is propose innovatively to eliminate material of simulation parts, and thesimulation model of parts and the cutting tool is established.
