基于逆向工程义齿冠桥设计方法的研究

【摘要】 本文在基于特征的义齿单冠设计技术基础上,针对三单元固定冠桥的计算机辅助设计理论与方法进行了探索,形成了一套完整的冠桥设计路线。文章主要包括以下几个方面内容:1、根据患者牙冠表面特征,利用三维机械式扫描仪扫描患者牙列模型,并对扫描数据进行重构,获得用于冠桥设计的原始数据。在扫描过程中,采用多角度扫描,避免了盲区的影响,为冠桥设计提供了准确的依据。2、根据缺失牙原始邻牙整体特征和对颌牙颌面特征信息,用“整体特征曲线”限制桥体的位置和整体尺寸,通过颌特征曲线调整桥体咬合面形态。最后利用咬合干涉法,对颌面的过接触区进行微调,使桥体与对颌牙处于正常对颌位置。3、根据从基牙、原始牙上获得的原始数据逆向构建固位体内外表面几何模型,使重构后的固位体的内外表面形态保持基牙和原始牙的形态,从而保证固位体与邻牙正常的接触。通过连接体将固位体和桥体连接成三单元固定冠桥。4、采用有限元分析方法分析连接体的截面积及形状对冠桥的影响,通过调整几何参数,确定连接体的形状和面积大小,在一定程度上实现了优化设计。

【Abstract】 The theory and methods of CAD for three-unit fixed partial dental prosthesis crown bridge are studied, which is based on the design technology of single dental prosthesis crown bridge design. An integrated route of the design of crown bridge is put forward. The main work of this paper is as fellows:Firstly, three-dimensional rote scanner is used for the model of tooth based on the feature of tooth crown surface, and the scanning data is reconstructed, to obtain the original data for the design of denture crown bridge. In order to avoid the influence of invisible area, varied orientation is adopted in the process of scanning, and this provides the exact reference for the design of crown bridge.Secondly, the position and dimension of the crown bridge is limited with“integer feature curve”, in terms of the features of the nature tooth and the meshed tooth. And the crown bridge occlude surface shape is adjusted by chin feature curve. Then the tangent area of chin is slightly adjusted with method of interference, which makes the bridge and the tooth of chin in the corresponding position.Thirdly, based on the original data from basic tooth and nature tooth, geometry model of the interior and exterior surface of retainers is constructed, keeping the normal touch for retainers and the next tooth, and three-unit fixed crown bridge is built with retainers and connectors.Fourthly, the effect factors for crown bridge is analyzed by means of FEM. Through adjusting the geometry parameters, the shape and dimension of connector is confirmed, and the design optimization is achieved.
