中板四辊轧机液压AGC系统研究与应用

【摘要】 随着生产发展和技术的进步,用户对板厚精度的要求越来越高。液压厚度自动控制系统是保证产品厚度尺寸要求的重要装备。本文以中板2500精轧机液压AGC改造为背景,根据中板的实际情况及计算机的发展,选择了先进、实用的动态设定型压力AGC控制系统,对改造后的AGC系统使用中出现的问题进行了分析,提出了部分改进措施。 在掌握液压厚度控制系统硬件软件配置的基础上,采用计算机仿真的方法,研究了系统的动态特性。计算机仿真的基础是控制系统每个环节的传递函数。在建立了液压AGC系统的数学模型后,研究了系统压力波动对厚度调节效果的影响,利用大型通用数学分析与运算软件—Matlab对系统的时域和频域特性进行了分析研究。 对动态设定型压力AGC控制算法进行了研究及理论推导,由于模型误差影响,AGC控制调节效果受轧机刚度和轧件特性影响较大,当轧机刚度较低,轧件塑性系数较高时,往往达不到理想的调节效果。因此,从设备方面提高轧机刚度,减少非线性影响,工艺方面减少钢板温差,有利于厚度控制。 相对AGC只能保证同板差,绝对AGC能保证异板差,为了消除轧机刚度曲线非线性段的不稳定性,对轧辊进行压靠调零。分析了压靠过程中轴向力的产生原因及消除措施。当轧辊存在水平度误差或两侧刚度不同时,两侧轧制力会出现差异。当轧辊轴线交叉时,会产生较大轴向力,对设备造成损坏,影响轧制稳定,使用中必须加以避免。

【Abstract】 With the development of production and technology, customers demand more and more on the gauge accuracy of medium plate . Hydraulic gauge auto control is important equiment in assuring the gauge accuracy of pro duct. This dissertation is based on AGC system revamping of 2500mm finishing rolling mill at medium plate .Advanced and practical dynamic AGC control systems are used in medium plate according to it’s actual situation and the developemt of computer. At the same time , analyazing the problems occurred and some better methods are introduced of the revamped AGC system.On the base of masting the hardware and software of hydraulic automatic gauge control ,we take advantage of the method of digital simulation to investigate the dynamic characteristic of hydraulic AGC system of rolling mill. The base of digital simulation is to transmit function of every loop of control system. On the basis of establishing the math model of hydraulic AGC,we analyaze the effect that pressure fluctuate impact on gauge control. Analying and researching the character of time range and frequence range of system by using the large math analyaze and operation software-Matlab .Research and perform theoretically calculation on control arithmetic of dynamic AGC,the mill modulus and roll stock characteristic have large influence on the results of AGC control due to the error of control model,when the mill modulus is low and roll stock plastic coefficient is high,it is not easy to reach the perfect purpose.so it’s favorable to thickness control by improving the machine modulus,decreasing the influence of non-liner and difference in temperature in mill stock.Relatively AGC only ensure tolerance in the same plate,absoluteness AGC can ensure tolerance in different plate,in order to reduce the unsteady in non-liner of mill modulus curve,the roller meet tightly and adjust zero.analyzing the cause of axis force and how to reduce the force when the
