基于数字信号控制器的磁电式相位差型转矩转速测量系统的研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步和生产力的发展,转矩、转速测量技术已在电机、汽车、船舶运输、柴油机、化工机械、石油工业、冶金等多方面获得了广泛的应用。转矩、转速测量是各种机械产品的开发研究、测试分析、质量检验、型式鉴定和节能、安全与优化控制等工作中所必不可少的内容。因此,转矩、转速测量系统的研制和生产情况,也就表征了一个国家的基础工业和科学研究的现代化水平。本论文阐述了国内外转矩、转速测量系统发展、研制的概况,对各类转矩、转速测量系统进行了分类比较,针对现阶段国内实验室中使用较多的磁电式相位差型转矩、转速传感器,结合转矩、转速测量中抗干扰与快速测量存在的问题以及对测量系统提出的更新要求,采用目前最新的数字信号处理器技术,设计研制了一套转矩、转速测量系统。为实现转矩、转速的实时在线检测,解决目前机械传动系统的实时测量问题;为提高系统区别干扰信号的能力,解决变频器驱动电机工作时,目前磁电式相位差型转矩、转速测量系统的测量干扰误差问题提出了新的解决方案。该测量系统提供了RS-232接口能力,能方便地与上位机通信,利用上位机进行海量数据存储和数据的处理,得到转矩、转速的动态曲线。在比较仪器各功能模块可能实现的各种方案的基础上,本论文采用微芯公司的数字信号控制器(Digital Signal Controllers)dsPIC30F6014,结合系统研制要求,对系统各个模块的电路进行了研制设计,主要包括传感器输出信号的采样和调理电路,供电电源电路,液晶显示接口电路,上位机通信和键盘接口电路等等。测量系统在数字信号控制器的高速数据处理能力基础之上进行软件设计,实现了高速的信号处理能力,保证了计算精度和实时测量要求。文中详细给出了主程序的总体框架结构以及A/D采样中断,转矩、转速计算,上位机处理等程序的模块化设计。论文采用数字信号控制器研究转矩、转速测量的方法在我所查阅的国内文献中还未见报道。

【Abstract】 Along with the progress in science and technology and the development of productive forces, torque and rotational speed measurement technology is widely applied in motor, automobile, marine transportation, diesel engine, chemical machinery, petroleum industry, metallurgy,etc. The torque and rotational speed measurement is necessary for mechanical products’development and research, test and analysis, quality test, pattern appraisal and energy conservation, security and optimized control. Therefore, the development and production of torque and rotational speed measurement system also represent the modern level of a country’s basic industry and the scientific research.This paper provides an overview of the research and development of torque and rotational speed measurement system at home and abroad; then makes comparation among different torque and rotational speed measurement systems in a classifed manner; at last, a torque and rotational speed measurement system is conceptually developed with the latest DSP technology. Considering the existing problems occuring in anti-interference and rapid survey during torque and rotational speed measurement as well as new demands on survey system, this system could be compatible with magnetoelectric phase difference torque & rotational speed sensors which are widely used in domestic labs. This paper proposes solutions for real-time online detection problem in mechanically-driven system. In addition, this paper also addresses survey interference errors of magnetoelectric phase difference torque and rotational speed measurement system during motor operation driven by converter, so as to improve system ability to identify interference signals.Equipped with RS-232 interface, this system could easily communicate with PC, generate torque and rotational speed dynamic curves through the mass data sotrage and data processing results in PC.Comparing all possible feasible schemes achieved by functional modules, this paper discusses the module circuit designs within the system according to development requirements with the adoptation of Digital Signal Controllers dsPIC30F6014 manufactured by Microchip, including sensor input signal sampling and regulating circuit, power supply circuit, LCD display interface circuit, PC communication and keyboard interface circuit, etc. This measurement system implements software design
