日本教育实习制度研究

【摘要】 教育实习是教师教育重要的组成部分,是培养师范生教育教学能力的一门综合性实践课程。目前我国教师教育正处于着变革与发展的重要时期,作为教师职前培养重要阶段的教育实习,它的改革成功将有利于促进整个教师教育体制的完善与发展。 本文主要运用文献法、比较研究法等研究方法,对日本教育实习制度进行了研究,概述了教育实习制度的发展历程,着重分析了日本教育实习的现状。笔者认为日本教育实习制度具有“统一规范、自主管理、务实观念、终身发展”的重要特点,即在统一规范的基础上,充分发挥各个师资培养机构的自主管理权,提倡务实的实习观念,不断进行创新与改革,以保证实习活动的顺利实施。并从终身教育的角度出发,关注实习生的未来发展,实现教师教育的一体化发展。 日本教育实习制度对于我国的借鉴意义主要在于:制定统一的教育实习规范以保证教育实习的质量,师资培养机构的自主管理要遵循统一与特色并行、质量与创新并举的原则,及时转变教育实习观念,同时要扩大教育实习的外延,重视终身发展。

【Abstract】 Teaching practice is an extremely important component in the teacher education link, it is a comprehensive practice course to foster and train the normal student’s teaching ability. At present, the structure of education of normal school of our country, is in the key period of the reform. As the important part of the training before teacher’s duty, its reform success will be propitious to promote to finishing the educational consummation of the whole normal school smoothly.This paper, mainly adopting the literature researchapproach and the comparative research approach is to explores the teaching practice institution in Japan, briefly expounds the process of institutional development, mostly analyses the present conditions of the teaching practice institution. In a word, the teaching practice institution have the important characteristics of "unify criterion, self-determination management, practicalconception and whole-life development", it means that the teaching practice institution is basic on the consolidated criterion, normal schools exert such potence adequately and advocate practical conception deeply. Innovation has maked continuously, in order to ensure the teaching practice institution act successfully. At the same time, pay attention to student’s future and realize the incorporation of teacher education with the view of the development for the whole life.The teaching practice institution in Japan gives a few revelations to our country. Firstly, constitute unify criterion to ensure the quality of the teaching practice. Secondly, the organization of teacher education should follow the principia that self-determination management must have a balance between the unify and characteristic, the quality and creative. Thirdly, extend the extension of the teaching practice and regard the development for the whole life simultaneity.
