RS码在温度监测系统中的研究与实现

【摘要】 温度监测系统是一类应用广泛的监测系统。在工业生产过程中,温度监测系统往往处在周边环境恶劣的场所,如矿山、工厂等,如何保证监测系统具有高可靠性,在强电磁干扰环境下能可靠地进行通信,显得尤为重要。为此,人们研究了很多种提高监测系统通信可靠性的方法,比如,增加带宽、加大功率、降低噪声、使用数据检错码或数据纠错码等。为了保证系统可靠性,使用一种有效的数据检错或纠错方法可以达到代价低,效果显著的目的。RS码是目前差错控制领域中应用最为广泛的纠错编码之一,具有强大的纠随机错和突发错的能力。本课题研究了在温度监测系统中使用RS码的方法,解决了系统在强干扰环境下的通信问题,以提高系统的可靠性。本文研究了RS码的编译码理论,分别在PC机和ARM嵌入式微处理器系统上实现了RS(16,10)的编码和译码算法,并使之应用于温度监测系统中。本课题设计的温度监测系统为基于ARM嵌入式微处理器的PT100铂电阻温度监测系统,使用PT100热电阻作为温度传感器采集温度,通过ARM微处理器进行数据处理,对温度值及相关信息进行编码/解码、打包/解包,并通过串口与PC机通信,在PC机上对其进行解包/打包,编码/解码,并进行显示处理。通过实验测试,充分表明了在温度监测系统中使用RS码可以有效地提高可靠性。考虑到一般监测系统都需要高可靠地进行通信,本课题研究的RS码及其实现方法具有一定的实用参考价值。

【Abstract】 The temperature monitoring system is a kind of monitoring system applied widespreadly. In the process of industrial production, the temperature monitoring system is often applied in the place where the surrounding environment is bad, such as the mine and the factory, etc. It is very important to guarantee the high reliability of the monitoring system and reliable communication in the strong electromagnetic interfere (EMI). Therefore, many ways to improve the reliability of the monitoring system have been studied, such as enlarging the bandwidth, enhancing the power, reducing the noise, or using the error detecting code and error correcting code, etc.In order to satisfy the requirement of system reliability, the purpose of low cost and obvious effect can be reached by using an effective method of error detecting and error correcting. At present, RS code is one of the error correcting codes applied most widespreadly in the field of error-control. It has strong capability of correcting both burst errors and random errors. This subject studies a method of using RS code in the temperature monitoring system, solves the problems that the errors often occur in communicaion systems of the strong EMI enviroment, and improves the reliability of the system.This paper discusses the encoding-decoding theory of RS code, implements the algorithm of RS(16,10) encoding and decoding on PC and ARM-based embedded system platform respectively, and applies it to the temperature monitoring system. The temperature monitoring system designed in this subject is the PT100 temperature monitoring system based on the ARM embedded micro-processor system. The PT100 thermal resistance used as the temperature sensor to collect temperture. ARM embedded system is used to conduct the data processing, encode, decode, pack, unpack the temperature value and related information. PC is used to encode, decode, pack, unpack, display and process the related information. And serial port is used to communicate between ARM
