基于特征的回转体零件CAD/CAPP应用研究

【摘要】 目前,绝大多数的CAPP系统仍以二维绘图软件作为开发平台,信息的传递受到很大限制。三维实体造型能描述更多的零件制造信息,为CAX的集成提供了一个基础。本文在三维绘图软件的基础上针对回转体零件CAD/CAPP系统的集成以及CAPP系统中工艺决策的方式进行了研究。课题选取Pro/E为开发平台,以回转体为研究对象,研究的主要内容:基于三维特征的零件设计和有限元分析及在VC环境下如何从CAD系统中提取CAPP系统所需要的零件信息;CAPP系统中的工艺决策机制及基于特征工艺链的零件工艺设计;基于特征回退技术的工序间模型自动生成方法。在课题开发过程中使用的方法有:(1)基于特征的零件信息描述方法。采用这种描述方法解决了现有集成系统存在的集成度不高、数据不全和描述层次低的问题。(2)基于特征和数据库的工艺决策方法。采用面向对象的技术将特征的工艺方法封装并保存在关系型数据库中,决策和工艺数据分离,且易于实现数据的共享。(3)特征回退技术。以此方法生成零件的工序间模型,为工序图的生成打下基础。系统用户界面友好,操作方便,运行稳定,易于扩充。运行结果基本上实现设计目标。

【Abstract】 Currently, the majority of CAPP systems still use 2D drawing software as the developing platform and the information delivered is very limited. 3D solid modeling can be used as the base for integration of CAX because of its describing the more manufacturing information of the parts. The paper has been researched the integration of the CAPP system and the methods of process decision aimed at the revolved parts based on the 3D drawing software.The paper chooses Pro/E as the developing platform and the revolved parts as research objects. Main contents: Part designing and finite element analyzing based on 3D feature and how to getting the information of the parts that the CAPP system needs from CAD system under the environment of VC++, the process decision of the CAPP system and design of the feature based on process chain, the method with automatically building models according to the technology based on feature back.Some methods have been used in the paper. The first is the method of describing the parts’information based on parts feature. The low degrees of the integration, scarcity of the data, and the low lever of describing information have been solved. The second is the process decision method based on feature and database of parts. Choosing the object oriented technology can package and save the process method of feature to the SQL database, divide the process data and decision and share the data easily. The third is the technology of feature back. This method can build the working procedure models and the working procedure chart can work on it.The interface of the system is friendly. It is handled, expanded and performed stably. The results show the design is successful.
