【摘要】 随着人类社会的进步和经济的发展,人们越来越高的生活品质的需求对建筑提出了更高的要求,科学技术的进步为建筑的形式提供了更为广阔的空间,然而与此同时,建筑在能源和资源消耗上也变得触目惊心,建筑与环境的关系越来越受到关注,生态、绿色和可持续的概念应用到了建筑中,生态建筑、绿色建筑和可持续建筑随之应运而生。本论文从建筑、人与自然的和谐关系角度将建筑的物质消耗与服务价值平衡关系作为研究的主体并从以下四个方面对该问题展开了论述。内容包括:物质消耗与服务价值的平衡——生态建筑的内涵,建筑物质消耗与服务价值的平衡关系尺度——生态价值,基于生态价值的建筑物耗与服务平衡系统的构建以及生态建筑的外部生态价值传递。论文首先通过人与自然的关系及生态内涵两方面的探讨指出了建筑物质消耗与服务价值的生态建筑内涵意义,并对物质消耗、服务价值及两者之间的关系进行了基本分析;着重对建筑的生态价值进行了分析,详细表述了生态价值的概念,分析研究了建筑中的生态价值体现;重点研究了从生态价值角度的建筑物耗与服务平衡系统的构建问题,通过系统中的价值流动分析建立了以生态价值要素为中心的平衡系统,并对系统中要素间的关系进行了详细研究;最后从宏观角度研究了生态建筑的外部生态价值传递。生态建筑是一个跨学科领域的并具有现实意义的研究范畴,有关生态建筑的研究涉及非常广泛。本论文将建筑物质消耗与服务价值看作一对矛盾体,把两者的平衡与统一视为生态建筑的内涵,应用生态的观点从生态价值的角度构建了建筑物质消耗与服务价值的平衡系统,探讨了在这一平衡系统中的建筑、人与自然的平衡、和谐、共生关系,作为生态建筑的内涵,建筑物质消耗与服务价值平衡关系是体现人与自然和谐关系的一个重要方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 People are linked to require high-level life quality with the progress of society, especially in construction field. But it needs more and more resource, and which influences environment much more. People have to pay more attention to the relationship between construction and environment. Therefore, the concepts of eco-building, green building and sustainable building become popular.There were four main parts in this paper. Firstly, the paper discussed the importance of construction balanceable relationship between material input and service value. After represented balanceable relationship from two aspects, the relationship between human and nature and the meaning of ecology, the paper analyzed the based relationship between material input and service value. Secondly, brought forward ecological value as the evaluative standard of construction balanceable relationship, analyzed the ecological value in construction field. Thirdly, established the system of construction balanceable relationship, and especially analyzed the relationship of all unites in the system. Finally, the paper discussed the ecological value flow outside the construction balanceable relationship system.Ecological building has been researched on lots of fields. This paper took material input and service value as a kind of antinomy. The balanceable relationship between material input and service value was the core of ecological building. The paper applied the idea of ecology in the construction balanceable relationship. And it wound be beneficial on finding the harmonious relationship between human and nature.更多还原
