【摘要】 在当今产业全球化的背景下,加工贸易作为产品内分工的典型形式,是中国承接国际产业转移、实现国内产业升级的有效途径。基于这一认识,本文运用产品内分工理论模型说明了加工贸易对一国产业升级的促进作用,同时进行了实证检验,并进一步探讨了加工贸易对中国产业升级的影响渠道和存在的问题。在综述了加工贸易问题的基础上,依据Feenstra和Hanson(1996)一个产品内分工模型——要素连续统模型(the Continuum of Inputs Model),运用经济学中的比较静态分析方法,分析了经济开放条件下各参加国如何通过加工贸易实现本国产业在国际价值链上的提升,从而说明了加工贸易对产业升级的促进作用。然后运用计量经济学中的因果检验和协整方法,选取中国加工贸易和要素密集度的数据,实证检验了这种促进作用。结果表明,加工贸易对中国国内产业升级的促进作用主要体现在进口方面,出口并不显著。这也反映了加工贸易的国内增值率不高、产业链条短的现实状况。文章进一步分析和探讨了加工贸易对产业升级的影响渠道,其中包括:资金供给效应、技术转移和溢出效应、产业关联效应、出口示范和竞争效应。并根据中国的现实情况,研究了加工贸易在促进国内产业升级过程中存在的一些问题,其中比较突出的是加工贸易的技术含量不高、技术转移效应不明显和产业配套能力不足,这说明了加工贸易在我国的发展还有巨大潜力,其积极作用还没有充分发挥出来。最后探讨了加快加工贸易发展、促进国内产业升级的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the background of industrial globalization today, being a classic form of the Intra-product Specialization, processing trade is an effective way to accept the international industry transfer and gain domestic industrial upgrading. Based on this view, the article introduces an intra-product model to demonstrate the promotion of processing trade on the industrial upgrading in one country and carries on an empirical test. Meanwhile, it tries to discuss the influence channel and the existing problems about the promotion.After the literature review with respect to the processing trade ,the article introduces an intra-product model by Feenstra and Hanson(1996) named the Continuum of Inputs Model, and then utilizes the comparative static method in economics to analyze the processing trade, the model proves that the processing trade will help“dynamic climbing”in the global value chain clusters among the participating industries in the opening economical conditions, and manifests the promotion of processing trade on the industrial upgrading. Next, by making use of the Cointegration Test and the Granger Causality Test and choosing the data of the processing trade and the factor intensity ratio, the promotion is absolutely proved. The result indicates that the import content of processing trade mainly causes the promotion, the export content being not remarkable. It reflects the reality of low domestic value-added ratio and short industry chain clusters of processing trade in China as well.The article further analyzes and discusses the influence channel of the promotion of processing trade on the industrial upgrading, which is included as follows: the capital supplying effect, the technique transforming and overflowing effect, the industry connecting effect, the export demonstrating and competing effect. At the same time, according to the objective reality in China, a study shows a series of problems existing in the promotion of processing trade on the industrial upgrading, which prominently concerns the technical content being not high, the technique transforming and overflowing effect being not obvious and the industrial assembling capacity being insufficient . The study also shows that the development of processing trade in China has great potential , its positive act on the domestic industrial upgrading has been not fully released yet.
