人类工程活动对雅砻江官地水电站大桥沟泥石流影响及评价

【摘要】 随着人类社会经济活动的不断增强,人们对自然资源的索取造成了对环境的持续破坏,使得泥石流等自然灾害更趋严重。因此必须加强泥石流灾害的研究与评估,并组织有效的防治,从而尽可能地防范灾害的发生,减轻灾害损失。本文通过对雅砻江官地水电站大桥沟泥石流发生情况的分析,试图从人类工程活动这个角度来阐述其对泥石流产生的重大影响,在这方面做一些有益的探索,这也是当前建设和谐水电的需要。 本文从大桥沟泥石流的发育环境及发育特征出发,从泥石流发育历史角度、泥石流物源分布角度分析了近期泥石流与人类工程活动的关系,阐明早期泥石流已经处于衰退期,而近期发生的泥石流与人类工程活动具有的明显的因果关系。接着重点分析了近期的泥石流与四种人类工程活动的影响关系,以及各种人类工程活动的影响所占的比例,最后得出官地水电站北线公路施工为近期泥石流主要诱因。然后根据泥石流沟自身特点,推算了大桥沟泥石流流速、冲击力、总流量等动力特征:泥石流易发程度,即泥石流发生的可能性,论文明确了泥石流易发程度的判定思路,首先判定冲沟是否为泥石流沟,在已判定为泥石流沟的基础上,再判定该沟为泥石流沟的严重程度和在该区降雨条件下泥石流暴发的可能性。最后主要应用灰色关联度方法对该沟进行了危险性评价,从而可以为建设单位治理该泥石流冲沟提供参考。

【Abstract】 As the development of people’s societal and economic activity, people excessively exploit natural resources and the environment was destroyed continuously. These cause the natural disasters such as the debris flow become more serious. Therefore, the study and evaluation of the debris flow must be strengthened, economical and effective measures must be enforced to prevent disasters at full steam. The thesis analyses the debris flow happened in Daqiaogou of Guandi hydroelectric power station on Yalong River, attempts to expound the important influence on debris flow based on human engineering activities. In this thesis, reasonable discussions have been dug into this research domain.The thesis proceeds from the circumstances and characteristics of Daqiaogou debris flow, from the points of debris flow upgrowth history and debris flow source distribution, analyses the clearly relation of nearby debris flow and man-made factors, shows this debris flow has got off to wane, whereas nearby debris flow and man-made factors subsists obvious causality. The impact relation of four man-made factors and different kinds of man-made factors impact station in proper, draws the conclusion of that the Beixian road construction of the hydroelectric power station is the mostly inducement of the debris flow. According to its characters, the author calculates the debris flow’s dynamical characteristics such as the velocity of flow, the wallop, the peak value flux and total flux, and so on. Since the happening easily degree of the debris flow is the possibility of the debris flow happening, the author defines the happening easily degree’s thinking thread: firstly, it must be made sure clearly whether the ditch is debris flow ditch or not, then on the basis that it is confirmed debris flow ditch, its severity is calculated, and the possibility of the debris flow breaking out under the district rainfall condition must also be reckoned. The thesis also analyses the connection of debris flow and human engineering activities based on the history of this debris flow ditch and material distribution, attempts to educe the evidence of their causality.
