基于WebGIS的空间信息发布系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,GIS已广泛地应用于社会各个领域,随着计算机软硬件技术和网络技术的飞速发展,为人们提供了一种在全球范围内发布和展示数据以及获得各种信息的新手段。WebGIS是一种基于web技术标准和通讯协议的网络GIS ,它是利用Web技术来扩展和完善GIS的一项新技术。随着Internet技术的不断发展和人们对地理信息系统(GIS )的需求,利用Internet在Web上发布和出版空间数据,为用户提供空间数据浏览、查询和分析的功能,已经成为GIS发展的必然趋势。当前开发WebGIS的方法很多,如CGI技术方法、ActiveX控件和COM构件模型技术、Plug—in插件技术方法等,虽然都能有效的开发出基于Internet的GIS系统,但也存在技术要求高人员素质要求苛刻,开发费事费时费力等不足。而组件式GIS软件具有容易实现系统的无缝集成、开发语言的多样性、良好的扩展性、强大的伸缩性和流行的可视化程序设计风格的特点,因而更加贴近广大GIS用户的实际需要,具有强大的生命力。本文应用组件式GIS软件SuperMap,将WebGIS技术与信息系统集成,实现了一个集地图处理,后台信息管理,网络化浏览于一体的基于Internet的GIS电子地图信息服务系统。分析和建立了一个基于GeoDataBase的地理网络数据模型,利用SuperMap提供了丰富的基础数据模型,结合基础数据图层和网络进行抽象和分析,建立一个基于GeoDataBase的基础信息网络模型;论文采用软件工程的方法,详细分析了WebGIS的系统需求分析、系统设计的指导思想和目标、系统总体设计原则、系统开发技术路线、软硬件配置等;采用UML(Unify Model Language)建模语言构建一个WebGIS的实际应用系统,并在系统的构建过程中,将整个系统可视化地表达出来。最后给出了一个基于SuperMap网络地图服务器进行开发的岳阳市区地理信息空间发布系统的基本思路和实施方法。

【Abstract】 Currently, GIS has been extensively applied in many society domains. With the rapid development of the computer technologies in software hardware and the network technologies, GIS has provided a new method for people to issue, lay out, and get all kinds of information within range of the world. Presently, Web Geography Information System (WebGIS) is a hot GIS technology points. WebGIS is a kind of network GIS based on web technical norms and communication protocols, it’s a new technology used web technologies to enlarge and consummate. With the incessant development of internet technologies and the requirement of Geography Information System (WebGIS), using internet to issue and publish spatial data, providing functions to browse, query, analyze spatial data for people, has become a certain trend in the development of GIS.There are many methods to exploder WebGIS, such as CGI technical method, ActiveX control and COM component former technology, Plug-in board plug-in board technical method etc. Although they all can effectively exploder internet-based GIS system, but exist deficiencies, such as high technology requirements, rigor humanware requirements, exploder taking a lot of trouble, time and energy etc. However component GIS technology has easy to realize system alete integration, development language diversity, well expansibility, powerful retroactivity, fashionable visualization programmer style characteristics, so much more press close to actual demand of almost GIS users, have powerful life-force.The paper apply SuperMap of component GIS software, put WebGIS technology and information system integration, realize a map disposal, background information management, latticing browse rolled into one. Internet-based GIS electronic map Information service System. A data model of geographic grid based on GeoDataBase was analyzed and customized. SuperMap Yueyang city geographic grid contains ready-to-use data models that can be configured and customized for use at Yueyang city data base layer. A keystone of this new data model is superior modeling of Yueyang City data base layer and geographic grid that capture the behavior of real-world objects. A GIS system design process of software engineering is introduced, which includes a GIS needs assessment and a system architecture design review. The system architecture design review is based on requirements identified in the GIS
