沥青加铺层在旧水泥混凝土路面改造中的应用研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着道路交通量和汽车载重量的急剧增加,越来越多的旧水泥混凝土路面出现不同程度的病害,急需补强处理,因此迫切需要对原有旧水泥混凝土路面进行彻底改造。为了有效利用旧水泥混凝土路面,节约工程投资,采用沥青混凝土加铺层是改善其使用性能的有效措施之一。广西区南宁-柳州高速公路K553+000~K558+000路段,由于病害影响严重,现已急需全面改造。本课题主要针对水泥混凝土路面的早期病害进行分析评估,然后提出在旧水泥混凝土路面上加铺一层沥青混凝土面层进行改造的设计方案,并铺筑一段试验段进行论证。旧水泥混凝土路面上的沥青混凝土加铺层是一种特殊的路面结构,应力应变与一般的弹性层状体系有较大的差别。由于裂缝的存在,在外力荷载作用下,沥青混凝土加铺层处于比较复杂的三维应力状态。本课题在研究旧水泥混凝土路面状况的基础上,通过分析路面不同病害类型,提出了不同的处治方法和加铺层设计方案。从原材料的选择、混合料的配合比设计,到原有路面的病害处治和施工质量控制,都进行了较为详细的研究分析。采用体积空隙填充法进行SMA-13和KH-13密断级配磨耗层材料的配合比设计,得出:采用此种方法进行设计的KH-13密断级配磨耗层完全能够达到SMA-13的使用效果。采用体积空隙填充法所开发的SMA-13和密断级配磨耗层混合料的设计,可以大大减少试配工作量,并保证其具有良好的综合路用性能和表面功能,改善了沥青混合料的表面抗滑功能和密实耐久性之间的矛盾。通过实际应用,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 With sharply increasing of the volumes of the traffic and the loading capacity of the cars in recent years, the road’s construction breaking is gradually becoming sharply. More and more diseases have coming out with different degrees in old cement concrete pavements, and urgently need strength handling. Therefore urgently the original old cement concrete roads need to be proceeded thoroughly reforming. For making use of the old cement concrete pavements and saving investment, one of the validity measures o improve the function of the roads is adopting the overlay of asphalt concrete. Because the disease harming influence in the segment from the K553 to K558 of Nanning-Liuzhou freeway of Guangxi area was serious, it needs completely to be reformed now. This paper is mostly analyzed on the early disease harming of the cement concrete pavements, and brings up a designing project to improve the old cement concrete pavement by adding an asphalt concrete overlay on it, and spreads a testing segment to validate the argument.The overlay of asphalt concrete on the cement concrete road is a special pavement construction, and the stress-diversification has biggish difference from normally flexibility samdwich system. Because of the existing cracks, the asphalt concrete overlay is placed in a complicated three-dimension stress state while under the outside loading. Based on the researching of the original cement concrete pavements’condition and through the analysis of different types of the disease, it brings up different punishing methods and designing projects for the overlay. From the choice of the original material and matching ration design of the mixtures to the disease handling and construction quality controlling, all proceeded detailed researching and analysis. While adopting the void filling method to design the material’s matching ratio of the SMA-13 and KH-13 dense-broken grading wearing layer, it’s coming out that: the KH-13 dense-broken grading wearing layer can completely attain the usage result compared to SMA-13 when adopting that method to design the KH-13. When adopting the void filling method to design the mixtures’matching ratio, it can consumedly reducing the trying work, and guaranteeing its having good synthesizing road function and surface function, and ameliorating the antinomy between the surface anti-slippery function and close-grained enduring of the bitumen mixtures.
