水泥复合砂浆钢筋网加固混凝土伸臂梁抗剪性能试验研究与理论分析

【摘要】 水泥复合砂浆钢筋网加固RC构件是一种新型的加固方法,具有众多优点。本文对水泥复合砂浆钢筋网加固混凝土伸臂梁的抗剪性能进行了试验研究,并进行了理论分析,主要内容如下:1.比较分析了各种常用混凝土加固方法的主要特点,论述了水泥复合砂浆钢筋网加固方法的优越性。2.进行了5根混凝土伸臂梁的水泥复合砂浆钢筋网抗剪加固试验,测量了试件的挠度、应变、承载力,观察记录了试验现象,分析了剪跨比、弯矩比、钢筋网配筋率、加固形式等因素对构件抗剪性能的影响,并与混凝土未加固梁进行了比较。3.分析了加固梁的抗剪加固机理,认为水泥复合砂浆钢筋网的作用与箍筋在抗剪时的作用机理是基本一致的,通过试验研究水泥复合砂浆钢筋网在抗剪时的贡献,并以桁架—拱模型为理论基础,分析了水泥复合砂浆钢筋网抗剪加固混凝土伸臂梁的作用机理。4.根据试验结果,建立了水泥复合砂浆钢筋网抗剪加固混凝土伸臂梁的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果较吻合。5.施工质量的好坏对于加固效果至关重要,最后本文论述了实际操作中的施工工艺以及需要注意的技术要求。

【Abstract】 A new RC strengthening method with CMMR(composite mortar laminate reinforced with mesh reinforcement) has a lot of advantages.The experimental study on the shear performance of overhanging reinforced concrete beams was carried on in this paper. The main contents are as follows:1. Based on the comparison with common strengthening methods of RC structure, the advantage of strengthening method with CMMR is discoursed.2.The shear performance of five overhanging reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CMMR was experimented, the deflection,strain and load capacity was tested, the experimental phenomenon was observed. The effects of shear-span ratio, moment ratio, web reinforcement ratio of CMMR, style of loading, preloading on strengthening is discussed, and compared with RC beams using ordinary stirrup.3. The shear mechanism of the RC beams is discussed in the paper. It is assumed that the shear mechanism of CMMR is consistent with the stirrup, so the contribution of CMMR can be investigated by experiments. And the truss-arch model is introduced to Analyze the strengthening mechanism of CMMR to overhanging reinforced concrete beams.4. According to the test results, the computational formula of the shear load capacity of overhanging reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CMMR is established. And the theoretical results agree with the experiment results basically.5. The construction quality is very important to effect of strengthening, the cource of construction and the technical requirements are presented at last.
