中药生产提取工艺智能控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本课题属于国家计委重点科技攻关项目(计高技[2002]2141号)和哈药慈航制药有限公司重点科技攻关项目。本论文的研究工作主要围绕中药生产提取工段自动化智能控制系统的研制开发而展开,涵盖了中药提取工段工作机理的研究,中药提取工段特种传感技术及特种阀的研究,提取工段控制方法的研究和提取工段自动化智能控制系统的设计开发等主要内容。首先简要分析了中药生产过程提取工段的工作原理,比较、分析和研究了各种已有的和新兴的提取工艺;对该工段特种传感技术及特种阀的工作原理及其应用进行了深入的了解与研究。对中药提取工段的控制方法进行了研究,引入先进控制理论,采用神经网络软测量技术和模糊专家控制等智能控制理论技术,结合现代先进传感器技术和网络技术,建立了中药生产提取工段控制系统的三层控制模式——系统集成层、模糊专家决策层和单元执行层。最后运行结果表明,论文提出的控制方法应用于控制系统极大的提高了提取工段控制器的综合性能,取得了良好的控制效果。在理论研究的基础上,研制出以工控机、PLC和高性能模块化外设构成的多级控制系统。基于数据库技术的系统软件安全、方便,现场运行结果表明:系统稳定可靠,控制指标均达到或超过国家标准,提高了药液质量,降低了能耗和成本。

【Abstract】 This project is supported by State Development Planning Commission, and the Science-Tech Tackle Key Project of HaYao CiHang Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd..This paper is focused on the research of the intelligent control system of the extraction of Chinese Traditional Medicine(CTM), which includes the analysis and research of the mechanism of CTM’s extraction , comparison and research of special valves and special industrial sensors used in the extraction of CTM, design of the control method and intelligent automatic equipment used in CTM’s extraction.Firstly, this paper analyzes the working principle of CTM’s extraction briefly, compares various methods of CTM’s extraction, analyzes and compares the special valves and special industrial sensors used in the extraction of CTM.Some advanced control theories are introduced in this paper. Through Using intelligent control technology, such as neural network soft measures, fuzzy control, advanced sensor and network technique, A three-level control system is built. It includes integrated level, decision level, and execution level to control the main equipment evaporator. Simulation analysis results show that the control system can raise the integral performance of controller and strengthen the system’s stability.On the bases of theoretical research, a multilevel control system is developed, which is composed of industry control computer, PLC and high-quality periphery modules. The software system that based on the database technology is very safe and convenient. The experimental and practical results show that the equipment can work steadily and reliably, and all the performance indexes have reached or exceeded the national criterion. The automatic control system also improves the liquid of the medicament and the cost is decreased.
