【摘要】 本文认为，大学生社团是高校大学生依据兴趣爱好，自愿组成，按照章程，自主开展活动的学生组织，对于大学生培养各种能力，调整知识结构，挖掘潜能，发挥个人兴趣爱好和特长具有积极的作用。随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展，尤其是学分制的逐步实施和大学生就业压力的增大，大学生社团作为区别于班、团等传统学习和管理组织的作用越发地显现出来，大学生对各类社团的参与热情不断提高，期望从中得到锻炼和提高，为步入社会做好准备。 因此，作为高校校园文化建设的重要组成部分之一的大学生社团，是课堂教学的有效补充，对于育人环境的营造具有积极意义，我们必须站在校园文化建设的高度加强对大学生社团的建设和引导，保持其健康可持续的发展。 本文运用教育学、管理学中的有关教育理论和组织理论，运用历史与现实、分析与综合、国际与国内比较等方法，从高校学生社团的基本特征、动力机制、运行模式入手，分析了大学生社团和校园文化的内在关系，阐述了学生社团的文化功能及其对校园文化建设的作用。通过重点分析大学生社团和校园文化建设的现状，探讨了如何加强大学生社团建设，促进校园社团文化健康持续发展的问题。并就在加强大学生社团组织建设中要处理好的几对关系，应遵循的基本原则等方面提出了具体建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the dissertation, the student association is voluntary organized according to the interests and hobbies of students, and is making activities independently in the light of regulations. For our students, the student association plays a positive role in promoting a variety of capacities, adjusting knowledge structure, excavating potential ability, developing personal interests and hobbies. Along with the rapid development of higher education, especially the implementation of credit system and the amplification of employment pressure, the student association, which are distinguished from classes and leagues, are showing a growing role in learning, managing and organizing. Meanwhile, as some new education situation changing, the students are showing enthusiasm for the participating in the associations, and are expecting to exercise and improve themselves in the process, as to make a good preparation for the step in the society.The student association are performing an important function in the construction of the university campus culture and the building of a good education environment, which compensating the inadequacy of class education. Therefore, we must make a guide to the student association on the high perspective of campus culture construction, in order to maintain the healthy sustainable development of the university student association.By applying the association theory of education and management, the method of combining analysis and synthesis, comparing history and reality, international and national, the research focuses on the power mechanism, pattern, and the function which the university student associations are performing in the construction of the campus culture. On the basis of analyzing the existed problems among the student association, the author put forward his own view on how to strengthen the community building in universities, and to promote the sustainable healthy development of the campus culture. This dissertation raises some pair of relations which must be processed and some basic principles, and gives some detailed suggestions.更多还原
