基于DSP的继电保护试验电源品质测试仪的研究

【摘要】 继电保护试验是继电保护设备制造厂家和用户必须进行的一项重要工作,按照部颁《继电保护及安全装置检验条例》和《电力系统继电保护及安全自动装置反事故措施》等文件的要求,继电保护试验工作必须具备单独的稳定的交、直流试验电源。并核实试验电源是否满足三相为正序和对称的电压,并检查其正弦波是否良好,电源容量是否足够等要素。目前,专门针对继电保护试验电源的监测装置还比较少见,所以本课题研究的目的就是能够专门针对继电保护试验电源的性能指标要求开发出一种便携式的监测仪,采用DSP为核心。具备实时测量、显示等功能。能够比较精确及时的反映出进行继电保护试验时的电源情况。 该装置的硬件电路是以DSP为核心设计。采用了TI公司的16位定点数字信号处理器TMS320F240芯片,重点考虑了电源电路、数据采集电路、逻辑电路、存储器扩展电路、接口电平电路等几部分。软件系统采用C语言和汇编语言结合的方式。主要包括采样模块、FFT模块、数字滤波模块、按键、液晶显示等几部分。该仪器具有测量精度高;易操作,易维护,界面友好,功能完备,使用灵活,且可直接应用于多种电能测量场合,一机多用。

【Abstract】 Relay protect test is an important job that the relay protect equipment factory and users must do. By the request of Relay protectiong and safety settings checkout statutes and The measure of Electric power system Relay protectiong and safety settings against accident, it must have the steady and alone AC/DC power supply,when doing relay protect test. You must touch bottom that the three-phase power supply’s order is correctitude and the voltages are symmetrical. And must check the sine wave and the capability of the power supply. It is seldom to see that the equipment just dectect Relay protect test’s power supply. So our objective is to emplode an equipment based on DSP and have the function of real time measure,display, key press and so on. It can exactitude and timely image the status of the power supply.The hardware.of the instrument is based on DSP and it make use of Digital Signal processor TMS320F240 ;Which include power circuit,data sampling circuit,logic circuit,memory expansion circuit and so on.The sofeware is development by C language. It consist of sampling,FFT ,digital folter.The instrument has the combination of high accuracy, convenient operation, friendly interface, and corrective ability. And the instrument also may apply into some fields directly.
