基于物流信息的冷轧带钢酸洗破鳞辊控制系统研究及设计

【摘要】 本文的工作基于宝钢冷轧酸洗破鳞辊控制系统的重新改造和设计进行。 本文详细分析了原系统所采用破鳞辊控制方法的不足及破鳞辊的受力状况,提出一种位置控制和压力控制相结合的破鳞辊控制方法,从而保持了带钢稳定合理的变形,有效地防止了带钢的跑偏。在此基础上,对控制系统进行了电气设计、软件设计,并解决了本系统工控机与酸洗生产线过程机之间的通信问题。设计包括:在自动化级进行PLC控制程序的开发,实现了破鳞辊运行的可靠控制;在过程级建立监控系统,采用监控组态软件WinCC设计人机界面,实现了系统的可视化精确控制;采用Visual Basic编制通信软件,实现本系统工控机从过程机读取热轧生产流程中钢卷的物流信息数据,并通过DDE(动态数据交换)方式完成与组态软件的数据交换。 本文的主要贡献在于:综合运用液压理论、现代控制理论、计算机及网络通信等多学科知识,(1)建立了破鳞辊“位置+压力”的控制模型;(2)解决了系统获取物流信息的问题。这些研究的进行对提高带钢的破鳞效果有重要的理论意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 The paper is based on the modifies and designs for the scaly rupturing roll control system at acid-washing set in cold-rolling mill of Baosteel.The paper analyzes the shortage of control method of former system and the force-bearing status of scaly rupturing roll and advances a new control method. New system adopts the method of position linking with pressure control, thereby keeping metal strip distort steadily and avoids it run out. On the base of above, the electrical and software system is designed and the problem of transmitting the information from processing computer of acid-washing product process into the industry control computer is solved.The design includes: The developement of the PLC control program at automation layer, consequently the reliable control of scaly rupturing roll is realized. Moreover, the monitoring system at process layer is set up and the monitoring software is used to design HMI and the visualizing accurate control system is realized. The communication program is realized in Visual Basic. The exchanging of information from process computer to industry control computer is realized by DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange).The main contribution of the paper lies in two aspects as follow: (1) control model with position and pressure control of scaly rupturing roll is builded, (2) The problem of acquiring the material flow information from processing computer is solved, by using multi-subjects knowledge comprehensively, such as hydraulic theory, modern control theory, computer and network techniques ans so on. The research work is with important theoretic significance and practical value.
