校本课程开发:中职教师专业发展的途径选择

【摘要】 本研究是在了解教师专业发展知识及校本课程开发的基础上,通过对参与校本课程开发的教师的访谈,亲身参与《模拟银行实训》校本课程的开发,了解目前中职教师在专业发展中存在的困惑,揭示和探索校本课程开发对于教师专业发展的促进作用,从而阐明校本课程开发是教师专业发展的一种途径选择。研究结果可以给中职教师专业发展提供一些借鉴与思考。 全文共分五个部分: 第一部分:绪论。主要提出教师专业发展问题,研究意义、思路与方法,并对研究现状进行了评述。 第二部分:教师专业发展与中职教师专业发展。本部分在阐述教师专业发展内涵基础上,重点解释中职教师专业发展与其他教师专业发展的差异及特色。 第三部分:校本课程开发—中职教师专业发展的平台。对中职教师专业发展的特殊性阐述的基础上,从创造专业发展的机会、创建专业发展的机制、营造专业发展的环境三个方面探讨校本课程开发为教师专业发展搭建平台。 第四部分:校本课程开发—中职教师专业发展的途径选择。以上海市南湖职业学校开发校本课程《模拟银行实训》为实践案例,通过对参与教师的访谈及自身参与的体会,从专业知识、专业能力、专业情意三方面论述了校本课程开发对中职教师的促进,从而确认校本课程开发是中职教师专业发展的途径选择。 第五部分:启示与反思。探讨在校本课程开发是中职教师专业发展的途径选择这一课题研究中的启示与反思。

【Abstract】 This research is understand teacher’s profession development knowledge and school-based curriculum development of foundation up, pass to the teacher’s interview that participates a school-based curriculum development, participate personally 《 Simulated bank training 》 the school-based curriculum development, understand currently a teacher in the job in the profession the development exist of perplexity, hint a school -based a course to develop to develop to teacher’s profession of promote function, explain a school-based curriculum development thus to be a teacher a kind of path of the professional development a choice. The results could provide some professional development of teachers to which reference. The full text is divided into five parts totally.The first part, Introduction. Mainly expounded the professional development of teachers, the significance of the study, the ideas and methods and research status reviewed.The second part,The teacher’s profession develop with medium job teacher profession development. In explaining part of the professional development of teachers based on the content. Focus on the professional development of teachers and other staff explained the difference in the development and characteristics of the teaching profession.The third part, This course in school development-win a job a teacher the terrace of the professional development. Based on the professional development of teachers were the basis of the uniqueness of exposition, Discussion of school-based professional development for teachers, curriculum development and built platforms.
