甘肃职业教育信息化建设现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】 近几年,甘肃省十分重视职业教育信息化建设,加大工作力度,采取有力措施,教育管理部门积极指导地方、行业、职业院校和社会有关方面推动信息技术在职业教育中的应用,取得初步成效,并获得了一些值得推广的经验。一是依托中小学远程教育的优质资源促进农村职业教育发展,推进农村职业教育信息化;二是充分利用社会力量促进职业教育信息化;三是整合教育资源,努力推进远程职业技术教育的发展,促进职业教育信息化,等等。但是,还存在很多制约职业教育信息化建设的突出问题。诸如,教育观念落后,思想陈旧;教育经费严重不足;信息化基础设施建设不平衡,信息化手段的应用呈两极分化态势;人才缺乏,组织管理不得力;教师信息技术培训举步维艰;职业教育布局不合理,资源建设和资源共享重视不够,资源利用率低,等等。针对上述问题,通过调查研究、成因分析,笔者从甘肃省情出发,提出了具体的对策和建议。明确指出转变观念,抓住机遇,主动发展,是以职业教育信息化带动职业教育现代化的前提;大力普及信息技术教育和培养信息化人才是职业教育信息化建设的重点;优化职业教育资源配置,区域统一规划,分类推进是职业教育信息化建设的原则;把握职业教育特点,促进优质教育资源的建设和应用是职业教育信息化建设的核心;促进校企合作,发挥行业优势,加大资金投入,提高职业教育信息化水平是职业教育信息化建设的现实需求;完善职业教育信息化评估体系,促进教育信息化建设的质量和效益是职业教育信息化建设的保障。当然,实现职业教育信息化是一条漫长而艰巨的路,需要我们锲而不舍地努力走下去。因此,我们应立足于甘肃地区,根据甘肃地区的特点,在信息化条件下,积极实践新的教学模式和教学方法,推动甘肃地区教育信息化沿着正确的方向前进。

【Abstract】 In recent years, Gansu province greatly emphasizes and takes measures to vocational education information construction. Administration of education actively guides to local, lines and polytech schools and social related departments. In order to promote use of IT in vocational education ,we have obtained first progress and some valuable spread experiences. Firstly, we use rich resourses of elementary and middle schools’ distant education to develop our province’s rural vocational education and promote rural vocational education information. Secondly, we make full use of social powers to promote vocational education information. Thirdly, we should integrate education resourses and try our best to promote development of distant vocational technology education and its information,etc.But, in fact, there are a lot of terrible problems. Those control vocational education information. For instance, backward educational ideas , shortage of education funds, unbalance of information base facilities construction and the use of information means is apart. We lack persons of ability. Our administration is weak and teachers’ IT training is hard. Overall arrangement of vocational education is unreasonable. Construction and share of resoures are not emphasized. Resourses are used lowly,etc.Through researching and analyzing the reasons, we are aimed at above-mentioned problems. According to Gansu province’s condition, we put forward concret methods and proposals. Government explicitly points at is to renew ideas and grasp opportunities, actively develop. All of these are presupposition of vocational education information driving vocational education modernization. It is an emphasis of information construction to spread IT education and training information persons of ability. Vocational education resourses are well deployed and arranged in areas. Classifying them is the principle of vocational education information construction. We should grasp firmly characteristics of vocational education and promote construction and use of education resourses. They are the core of education information construction .Cooperation of schools and enterprises should be promoted. Advantages should be developed. Invest a lot to vocational education information construction. We should improve the evaluation system of education information and its quality and benefit and ensure its construction.Education information construction ,of course, is not easy and can’t finish it in short time. To realize the education information is long and hard way to go. We are needed to continue it perseveringly. Therefore, we should base our condition on Gansu areas. According to the characteristics of Gansu areas and under the condition of information , we should actively try to use the new teaching pattern and method to promote Gansu areas’education information forward in a correct way.
