负载型二氧化钛对As(Ⅲ)的吸附

【摘要】 固相萃取(Solid Phase Extraction-SPE)技术自70年代后期问世以来,由于其具有相对较高的富集倍数、选择性好、能处理小体积样品、富集材料可重复使用、操作简单、易于实现自动化等优点,在环境等许多领域得到了快速发展。在国外已逐渐取代传统的液-液萃取而成为样品预处理的可靠而有效的方法。SPE技术在我国的应用也已经起步,并显示出良好的发展前景。而由于纳米TiO2具有优良的理化性质和应用效能,现已成为一种倍受重视的固相萃取剂。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2,将其负载于硅胶上,以氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)为检测手段,采用微柱模式系统地考察了负载型TiO2对于As(III)的吸附行为,确定了最佳吸附条件及洗脱条件。吸附速度与反应池实验模式进行了对比。实验结果表明:负载型TiO2是一种比较理想的吸附材料。微柱模式能够快速、定量地吸附溶液中的As(III),吸附的As(III)可用NaOH溶液洗脱。该方法具有操作简单、快速、吸附剂可重复使用的特点,有望应用于环境中As(III)的吸附处理及分析测定。

【Abstract】 Solid phase extraction (SPE) has been used since late seventies of the 20th century. It has many advantages, such as high concentration factor, good selectivity, small sample volume, reusability, ease operation and automatization. Therefore, SPE has been applied extensively in wasterwater disposal,and become a reliable sample pretreatment method in China and abroad. SPE also shows its prospecting future. Nano-TiO2 has become an excellent solid sorbent due to its good physical and chemical characteristics.The aim of this dissertation is to synthesize TiO2 by sol-gel method, and load it on silica gel. The adsorbed As(III) are determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS).The adsorption behavior of As(III) on silica gel-supported TiO2 is studied by the microcolumn method and the batch method, respectively. The results show that the surported TiO2 is a good solid sorbent .The As(III) can be adsorbed rapidly by the microcolumn method, and eluted completely with NaOH solution. The proposed method is simple, and it has the potential application in the environmental analysis.
