我国商业银行业产业组织及其政策研究

【摘要】 银行业对国民经济和社会发展具有举足轻重的作用，对银行业产业组织的研究，是产业组织理论在银行这一特殊产业中的具体应用，也是使银行业良性运行的前提。但是，长时间以来，由于计划经济体制的严重影响，我国银行业长期处于管制状态，垄断特征非常明显，随着改革的深入，对于什么样的银行业市场结构是最优的以及什么样的银行业产业组织是有利于经济增长的等重要问题的探讨显得尤为重要；另外，伴随着我国银行业全面开放日期的临近以及整个国民经济信息化速度的加快，银行业面临的问题尤其是其产业组织方面的问题日益显性化，如何提升银行产业组织效率对于我国金融和经济发展就显得尤为关键。 随着我国银行业改革的推进，我国银行业市场结构、市场行为及绩效有了显著改善，获得了不少的宝贵经验，如管理层推出的一系列以市场深化和放松管制为基调的改革措施，使商业银行数量增加，产业组织状况得以改善，有效竞争不断提高。但是在改革过程中也出现了不少的问题，全面提升银行业绩效的提高面临着不少障碍，集中表现为银行业公司治理结构、退出机制、价格机制缺乏，产业组织市场化改革进程中改革的政策缺乏前瞻性，立法比较滞后。 针对银行业改革进程中的问题和难度，必须深化本行业产业组织及其政策的理论研究，系统总结改革中的经验教训，合理确定改革的目标及其模式，正确制定改革的对策及路径，稳步推进这一行业的改革。同时，在改革的进程中，必须完善各项政策措施。 全文将分成六个部分。开篇介绍选题背景、文章的思路和框架、研究方法、探索的方向和可能的创新之处。其次对研究课题的理论部分进行了简单的介绍更多还原

【Abstract】 up the lessons of the reform, rationally define the objectives of the reform and its model correctly formulate reform measures and trails steadily this industry reform. Meanwhile, in the reform process, we must improve the policy measures.The full text will be divided into six parts. The first part is about the background on the selection of subjects, articles ideas, frameworks, research methods, and possible directions innovations. The second part is on the theory of the research project and a brief account screen. The third part introduces the theory of industrial organization and the basic elements of the policy. The fourth part analyses at this stage of China’s banking industry market structure, market behaviour and market performance. The fifth part is on the country’s banking industry organizations policy implemented. The sixth part analyses the effectiveness of the banking industry to achieve organizational policy, the existing problems and the need to improve measures.更多还原
