【摘要】 运用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料调研、专家访谈等方法,对安徽省女大学生体育现状进行调研分析,结果表明:安徽省女大学生体育人口比例为22.1%高于全国女性体育人口;对体育价值的认识不全面;体育态度积极;对体育课也是持积极态度的,但对体育课的教学年限、内容、形式的满意率不高;参加体育活动的动机有着多元化的趋势;参与体育活动的方式以上体育课与自发锻炼为主;活动场地以校内运动和空地为主;最喜欢羽毛球、健美操等运动;安徽省女大学生具有一定的体育消费意识,但体育消费水平较低,体育消费的主要形式是实物消费;安徽省女大学生的体育态度与体育行为呈不相关性;影响安徽省女大学生参加体育活动的主要因素是体育器材和场馆设施的缺乏、学习紧张没有时间以及缺乏参加体育活动的氛围。通过对安徽省普通高校女大学生体育现状的调查结果的研究分析,提出在体育教学中注重培养学生的体育意识和体育能力,开设女大学生喜欢运动项目的体育选修课,根据女大学生的身心特点进行体育课的教学,革新观念,培养体育消费意识。积极开展小型多样的体育竞赛活动,构建开放型的高校体育教学体系,改善学校体育设施,创造良好的体育锻炼环境的改革对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, documentary and expert interview, this paper makes analysis on physical activity condition of college female students in Anhui province. The results showed : Sports proportion of female university students in Anhui 22.1% higher than the national female sports for population; Incomplete understanding of the value of sports; Sports positive attitude; Also holds a positive attitude to physical education, but physical education teaching service, content, form of satisfaction rates are not high; Motivated to participate in sports activities have become diversified; Participation in sports and physical education and spontaneous manner based training; Movement and the venue to open on campus; Favorite badminton, aerobics and other sports; Anhui female college student consumer awareness of a certain sports, but sports consumption levels are relatively low, the main form of in-kind sports consumer spending; Anhui university student sporting attitudes and behavior have no relevance sports; Impact of a female college student in Anhui Province is a major factor in sports venues and sports facilities lack equipment, the lack of time to study the tense atmosphere and the lack of participation in sports.Anhui some colleges and universities through the status of female university students sport findings, the research and analysis by in the teaching of sports to foster student awareness of sports and sports ability, by female college student like sports optional,According to a female college student’s physical and mental characteristics of a physical education teaching, an open system of teaching in colleges and universities sports innovative ideas, and cultivate sports consumer awareness. active small diverse sports competitions, Improve school sports facilities, and create a good physical training environment of reform measures.更多还原
