【摘要】 计算机与通信技术的飞速发展，促进了互联网广泛的应用，网络作为交换信息的一种工具，已成为国家信息基础设施的重要组成部分。同时网络又具有反面性，存在弱点和脆弱性，面临着各种各样地威胁，给国家信息安全带来了巨大挑战。由于网络信息安全涉及物理资源、设备、技术、管理和法律等多个方面，是一个较为复杂的系统领域，所以需要我们深入研究和探讨。 青岛有线电视网络中心作为一个区域性的视频、音频和数据网络运营商，建成了数字电视、SDH、ATM与IP综合业务网及数字电视运营支撑系统、宽带认证计费系统等。如何管理网络信息安全，防止非法攻击与破坏，是网络管理者的责任与义务。本论文以作者从事的实际工作为出发点，分析了网络信息安全技术与现状，提出了论文研究的主要内容；给出了青岛有线电视宽带系统安全管理模型，分析了系统安全评估范围、方法以及过程，给出了青岛有线电视宽带系统安全的规划原则，针对目前宽带系统的实际情况，采用OSI基本参考模型对系统安全进行层次化分析，从物理层、网络层、系统层、应用层、管理和信息六个方面对系统安全进行了细致的规划研究；最后对青岛有线电视宽带系统安全设计与实现进行了详细地分析。 青岛有线电视宽带系统安全技术、产品保障了系统的平稳运行。但网络信息安全是一个动态的管理进程，非法攻击行为无时不在，无处不有。网络信息安全作为一个新兴的研究领域正面临着无限的挑战，相信不久的将来，网络安全技术与管理一定会取得长足的发展，青岛有线电视宽带系统安全也会得到不断提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development with computer and communication technologies, the Internet is being greatly applied, network is taken as a tool for the exchange of information, it is the important part of base infrastructure in information of country. At the same time network also includes in negative aspect, it has brought about tremendous challenges for national security of information. Network security of information is a complex system by the physical resources, equipments, technologies etc. It needs us to research and discussion.Qingdao Cable TV network center is a regional video, audio and data network provider, has built digital TV, SDH, ATM and IP integrated networks, and digital TV OSS system, broadband certification system etc, how to manage network security, prevent from illegal attacks, is the responsibility and obligation of network managers. The dissertation bases on what the author actually works for, the information security technologies and situation researched in current network, and the main content proposed. A security management model of Qingdao cable TV broadband system is given, security assessment range、methodology and course of system are discussed. The dissertation gives the design principles of information security in Qingdao cable TV broadband system, with the present realities of system, the OSI basic reference model is used for system security analysis from levels, and the design in every level of system security is analyzed, the design and achievement of security in Qingdao cable TV broadband system are important researched.New security technologies and applications continue to apply in Qingdao Cable TV broadband system, current system runs smoothly. Illegal attacks exist in any times and everywhere, because the security of network is a dynamic process of risk management. Network security is facing immense challenges as a new field of study, its technology and management will be made great progress in the future, the security of Qingdao cable TV broadband system will be improved too.更多还原
