富碳燃烧型快速发烟剂配方设计与性能研究

【摘要】 本文全面系统地分析了富碳燃烧型快速发烟剂中聚碳粒子的生成机理,以及该类发烟剂产生烟幕的红外消光原理和测试方法。围绕富碳燃烧型快速发烟剂的红外消光能力和燃烧成烟速度,进行理论分析和试验对比验证。设计了以富碳化合物芴与氯化石蜡为二元成烟物,镁为可燃剂的系列基本配方。试验结果表明,在配方中,含氧酸盐、氟化物作氧化剂优于金属氧化物与纳米材料作氧化剂,附加组分如石墨、铯化合物及热平衡物质能改善发烟剂成烟性能。在试验中,测试并分析了原材料粒度、装药密度、大气相对湿度、燃烧环境对富碳燃烧型发烟剂成烟能力的影响。 在试验中,结合烟幕性能试验,优选出了富碳燃烧型快速发烟剂配方,典型配方燃烧速度高于1g/s,所成烟幕对8~14红外波段的透过率均低于40%。此外还对有关配方进行了主要理化性能测试。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, the mechanism figure of soot formation, the extinction theory and the testing technology of hydrocarbon pyrotechnic fast smoke agent are expounded. The paper is directed at how to enhance the infrared extinction ability and the burning speed of the burning fast smoke agent. The main components of the smoke are congeries of carbon. After the theoretical analysis and the experimental contrast confirmation, the series essential composition has designed. The mostly material of smoke agent are fluorene, the chlorinated paraffin wax is as subordination material of smoke agent, and the combustible material of smoke agent is the magnesium. The result showed, in the smoke agent, that the oxometallate and the fluoride was superior to the metal oxide and nanometer material oxidant. Some additive substance as graphite, cesium compound and the hot balance confrontation improvement smoke agent becomes the smoke performance to have well affects. The influence of the material granularity , the charge density, the atmospheric relative humidity, combustion condition has be tested and analyzed.Optimal smoke composition, which is designed by the test experiment in smoke-box experimentation. The burning speed of the medicament is top 1g/s. The percent of the IR pass through the smoke screen is only 40%. The Rich-carbon burning fast smoke agent has carried on the performance test to the essential formula.
