LED阵列显示驱动与像质优化技术研究

【摘要】 平板显示已成为当前的主流显示技术,在一些特殊的应用场合,平板显示技术受到显示控制性价比、显示分辨率等问题的困扰。本文以LED平板显示为例,对上述问题进行了一定的研究。 针对简单的LED信息显示屏的单CPU软扫描控制器通讯时显示屏黑屏与抖动问题,设计完成了以单片机为核心的单CPU软扫描显示控制器,实现了单、双色LED显示屏的显示控制,并通过合理的单片机定时器中断和串口中断设计,成功解决了单CPU软扫描LED信息显示屏通讯中的黑屏与抖动。 基于全彩色LED显示的色度学原理和LED阵列显示的驱动技术,探讨了基于像素重组的像质优化技术,同时基于单CPU的软扫描显示控制器,设计了LED像素重组像质优化技术的静态仿真系统,在16×32彩色阵列显示单元上实现了32×64点阵图像的显示,取得了良好的效果。 将像素重组技术应用于实时图像处理平台TDS642EVM,由DSP处理器实现高分辨率图像的低分辨率采集和显示数据的组织与处理,通过图像处理仿真板的GPIO口输出控制彩色阵列LED显示屏,实现了视频LED实时显示的像质优化技术。 本文的研究工作,为彩色阵列超分辨率显示技术研究打下了一定的基础,同时系统本身亦具有广阔的市场前景。

【Abstract】 Recently, flat panel display technique becomes the primary display technique. In some special instances, flat panel display technique is blocked in certain problems, such as the display control performance to price ratio and the display resolution. Based on LED display technique, this paper makes a study of the above issues.A single CPU soft-scan controller was designed aiming at the display interruption and the dithering problem of the simple LED information display during the period of the single CPU soft-scan controller communicating with the computer. The display control of single and double color LED display is accomplished, and the display interruption and the dithering problem of the single CPU soft-scan LED information display is solved successfully.The image optimizing technique based on pixel reorgnization was discussed based on the chroma theory of full color LED display and the driving technique of LED color array display, and a static simulation system using the image optimizing technique based on pixel reorgnization was designed based on the single CPU soft-scan display controller.Pixel reorgnization technique was combined with the real time image processing system of TDS642EVM, low resolution image sampling of the high resolution image and the organization and processing of the display data is accomplished by the DSP, color array LED display is controlled through the GPIO interface of the image processing simulation system, image optimizing technique of video LED real time display is accomplished.The research work of this paper laid the foundation for color array super resolution display technique to some extend, while the system itself had a wide market foreground.
