弹带的MIG钎焊堆焊技术研究

【摘要】 针对新型炮弹弹带制造技术的需要,在国内首先提出采用MIG钎焊工艺进行弹带的堆焊,并对紫铜焊丝201、硅青铜焊丝211、锡黄铜焊丝221几种焊丝的工艺进行了研究。采用正交分析方法研究了各个工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响,得出了弹带堆焊的最佳工艺参数。研究了工艺参数变化对堆焊铜层的抗拉强度、铜钢的结合强度,堆焊铜中的含铁量的影响规律。采用光学显微镜、电子探针和扫描电镜分析了焊接接头的界面组织。 研究结果表明:随着焊接速度和焊接电流的增加,焊缝含铁量增加(含铁量是弹带的重要指标)。焊接速度和焊接电流对剪切强度影响不大,对焊缝抗拉强度有重要影响。MIG填丝焊接过程中,随着填入锡黄铜焊丝速度的加快,锌元素的过渡系数有减小的趋势。 本研究采用紫铜焊丝201堆焊出的紫铜弹带、硅青铜焊丝211堆焊出的硅青铜弹带和采用紫铜焊丝201作为熔化极并填入锡黄铜焊丝作为冷丝堆焊出的黄铜弹带,它们的抗拉强度、硬度、剪切强度和含铁量都能满足堆焊弹带的质量验收标准。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of manufacture technique of bearing band for new kind of shell, the method of overlaying welding bearing band using MIG brazing was first advanced in the civil, the technology of copp -er wire 201, bronze wire 211, brass wire 221 has been studied.The effect of welding parameters on weld formation has been studied by using zheng jiao analyzing method and the best technology parameter of overlaying we -lding bearing band was completed. The effect of welding process paramete -rs on the tensile strength and Fe content of the copper and shear stren -gth was analyzed.The interface microstructure of the joints was analyze d by means of optical microscope , SEM and EPMA.The result shows that with the increase of weld current and weld spe -ed,Fe content increase,, (Fe content is the important target of bearing band. ) The effects brought by difference in the weld current and weld speed on the shear strength is not important and on the tensile strength is pivotal’. In the MIG with filler wire .with the increase of wire feed speed, transition coefficient of Zn trend to decrease.The bearing band obtained by201,211,221 correspond to welded overlay rotating band quality check and accept standard which consists of tensil -e strength, rigidity,shear strength and Fe content.
