【摘要】 目的研究早期梅毒血清固定患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群及血清IL-2、IL-10水平的变化,探讨苄星青霉素G联合乌体林斯治疗对早期梅毒血清固定患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群、血清IL-2、IL-10水平的影响。方法1.采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测正常对照组及早期梅毒血清固定患者血清IL-2、IL-10水平。2.采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)检测经苄星青霉素G联合乌体林斯治疗前后非梅毒螺旋体抗体滴度的变化。3.早期梅毒血清固定患者经苄星青霉素G联合乌体林斯治疗前后,分别采用流式细胞仪(FCM)、ELISA法检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群、血清IL-2及IL-10水平。结果1.治疗前4例患者TRUST滴度为1:2,15例患者TRUST滴度为1:4,1例患者TRUST滴度为1:8;治疗后3个月9例患者TRUST滴度转阴,3例患者TRUST滴度为1:1,4例患者TRUST滴度为1:2,4例患者TRUST滴度为1:4;治疗后6个月10例患者TRUST滴度转阴,5例患者TRUST滴度为1:1,3例患TRUST滴度为1:2;2例患者TRUST滴度为1:4。2.早期梅毒血清固定患者血清IL-2、IL-10水平变化:早期梅毒血清固定患者血清IL-2水平显著低于正常对照组(p=0.018);IL-10水平显著高于正常对照组(p=0.03)。3.经苄星青霉素G联合乌体林斯治疗后外周血淋巴细胞亚群变化:治疗后3个月CD3+T淋巴细胞显著高于治疗前更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and levels of serum Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-10 in early syphilis serofast patients and to investigate the effects of Benzathine penicillin G and wutilinsi on peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and levels of serum Interleukin-2 and Interleukin-10.Methods:①. The levels of serum IL-2 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA in early syphilis serofast patients and in normal persons.②. The level of antibody titre was detected by tolulized red unheated serum test (TRUST) before and after treatment.③. Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were assessed with flow cytometry (FCM) and the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA before and after treatment.Results:①.Before treatment, the TRUST titre was 1:2 in 4 patients, 1:4 in 15 patients, 1:8 in 1 patient; after treatment 3 months later, the TRUST titre turned negative in 9 patients, 1:1 in 3 patients, 1:2 in 4 patients, 1:4 in 4 patients; after treatment 6 months later, the TRUST titre turned negative in 10 patients,1:1 in 5 patients, 1:2 in 3 patients, 1:4 in 2更多还原
