基于知识的钻夹头设计支持系统研究及应用

【摘要】 目前,随着机械制造业的高速发展,钻夹头产品的市场需求量也越来越大,而国内企业主要采用传统的设计方法,设计分析手段较为落后,市场响应能力较差。结合浙江省制造业信息化工程项目“支持知识产权管理的产品创新与均衡生产管理系统研究及其在机床附件行业中的应用”(编号:2004C11015)的需要,本文对中国三鸥集团多种类型的钻夹头进行了系统分析,深入研究了钻夹头设计方法,包括钻夹头主要性能指标的计算、钻夹头产品的全新设计和配置设计的过程与方法以及Autodesk Inventor环境下钻夹头零件的参数化特征建模与参数化零件库创建的方法,并在此基础上开发了钻夹头设计支持系统平台。为实现钻夹头产品的快速设计和全面提升中国三鸥集团在机床附件行业中的世界竞争力创造了条件。 首先,在对钻夹头产品工作原理和主要零部件的结构特点分析的基础上,对其夹紧力、传递力矩比、夹持范围上限等产品主要性能指标的计算方法进行了研究,建立了相应的计算模型。 其次,重点从全新设计和配置设计两方面对钻夹头设计的过程与方法进行了研究。在对专利重要性认识的基础上,提出了基于专利知识的产品设计和侵权检查分析的方法,实现了基于专利知识产权管理的产品全新设计;在对产品配置设计技术研究的基础上,提出了基于规则和实例的混合推理求解策略,设计了配置规则的表达模型和数据结构,并建立了钻夹头产品实例库,实现了基于规则和实例的产品配置设计。 再次,研究了参数化特征造型技术和基于Inventor环境下零件参数化特征建模的方法,在此基础上建立了基于Inventor的钻夹头零部件参数化特征模型库。 最后,研究了钻夹头设计支持系统的框架,以Autodesk Inventor和AutocadMechanical为支撑平台,采用Visual Basic.Net开发了此系统;同时,以具体钻夹头产品设计为例验证了本文所提出的钻夹头设计方法的可行性和整个系统的有效性。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,along with the rapid development of mechanical manufacturing, the market’s requirement of drill chucks has become larger and larger. However, most of the enterprises mainly design them in traditional methods. The methods of designing and analyzing are out of date, and the response ability to the market is too bad. According to the requirement of the NO.2004C11015 project named Research on Product Innovation Design and Equilibria Production Management System based on Intellectual Property Right (IPR) management and Its Applications in Machine Tool Accessory Industry, the systemic analysis of the various drill chucks in China Sanou Group is realized. And the methods of drill chucks design are studied, including the calculation methods of the main performance indicators, the processes of the drill chucks’ new design and configuration design, parametric feature modeling of drill chucks’ parts and the development of the parametric part database in Autodesk Inventor. In addition, a supporting system platform for drill chucks design is developed. So that it provides the qualifications for drill chucks’ rapid design and improving the competitive ability of Sanou Group.Firstly, based on the analyzing of drill chucks’ working principle and structure, the calculation methods of the drill chucks’ main performance indicators are studied. The indicators include clamp capability, rates of moment transferring, maximum of clamp range and so on. According to this research, the calculation models of every type of drill chucks are established.Secondly, the methods of drill chucks’ new design and configuration design are mainly studied. According to the importance of the patents, the product design method based on patent knowledge and patent infringement check-up approach are presented. As a result, a new design method based on the IPR management is realized and successfully applied to the drill chucks’ new design. In addition, a solving stategy based on both rule and case is presented. The representation model and the data structure of configuration rules are designed and the drill chucks’ case database is established. At last, the product configuration design method based on rule and case reasoning is also realized.Thirdly, according to the research on the parametric feature modeling technology and the methods of the part modeling with it in Inventor, drill chucks’ parametric feature model database in Inventor is established.Finally, the framework structure of the supporting system for drill chucks design is studied. And taking CAD software Autodesk Inventor and Autocad Mechanical as support platform, a drill chucks design system is developed with Visual Basic.Net. At last, the feasibility of the methods and the validity of the system in this paper are validated by the respective examples.
