【摘要】 本论文结合浙江省重大科技攻关项目——敏捷生产管理系统研究及其在电子制造业中的应用(编号：2003C11010)，对敏捷生产管理技术与系统进行了深入的研究。提出了敏捷询单处理方法、混合生产月计划方法等关键问题解决方案，设计与开发了敏捷生产管理系统。 第一章讨论了敏捷生产管理模式的现状，综述了敏捷生产管理的发展历程和研究现状，分析了敏捷生产管理的关键技术，最后给出了本文的研究背景与主要内容。 第二章在敏捷询单处理需求分析的基础上，将询单分为普单、特单和定制询单。针对001企业的实际情况，提出了一种敏捷询单处理的方法，包括总体过程模型、对各类询单处理方法、解决方案及询单交货期预测、询单报价方法。 第三章在敏捷询单处理的基础上，提出了一种面向混合生产月计划制定的方法和流程，并研究了面向混合生产模式中产品月计划和物料月计划的算法。 第四章设计了系统总体功能结构。建立了敏捷生产管理系统4个主要功能模块的功能模型，即敏捷询单处理功能模型、敏捷生产计划管理功能模型、基础数据管理功能模型、资源管理功能模型。 第五章在完成浙江省重大科技攻关项目的软件开发基础上，给出了物料清单操作、询单处理过程控制和月计划销量排行统计等部分功能的具体实现方法。 第六章给出了系统运行实例。 第七章对全文进行了总结与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of researching on Agile production management system and its Application in electronic enterprise(project number:2003C11010),we carried out a wide discussion and deep research on the technology of agile production management, a method of agile enquiry handle and a planning method against mixed manufacturing model, designed and developed the management system.In the chapter 1, we discussed the current state of the agile production management, summarized its development and research ways, analyzed the pivotal technology in the management, finally give out the paper’s research background and main contents.In the chapter 2, in the base of needs analyzing of agile enquiry handle, we divide the enquiry into three kinds: ordinary enquiry; special enquiry; design enquiry. Combining with the real situation of 001 enterprise, we posted out a means for handling enquiry, including the whole flowing, handling ways of each enquiry, products delivery date forecasting and enquiry price analyzing.In the chapter 3, in the base of agile enquiry handling, we posted out a ways of establishing production plan which face to mixed manufacturing, then discussed the arithmetic for products manufacturing plan and materiel manufacturing plan.In the chapter 4, we designed the function structure of whole system, and give out four function models which are agile enquiry handle, production plan management, base data management, resource data management.In the chapter 5, by combining with the project, we give out the achieves of BOM operation, process controlled of enquiry and statistic of month sales volume.In the chapter 6, we give out the running example of the system.In the chapter 7, we summarize and prospect to this paper.更多还原
