论A公司的薪酬制度改革

【摘要】 企业之间的竞争日益的表现为人才之间的竞争,因此,吸引、留住企业所需的人才以及充分发挥现有人才的潜力成为现代企业兴衰成败的关键。薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的核心内容之一。虽然薪酬不是激励员工的唯一手段,也不是最好的办法,但却是一个非常重要、最常用的方法。薪酬总额相同,薪酬结构不同,管理机制不同,支付方式不同,往往会取得不同的效果。所以如何实现薪酬激励效能的最大化,使薪酬既具有最佳的激励效果,又有利于员工队伍的稳定,是一个值得管理者高度关注的问题。 本文阐述了一种新兴的薪酬体系设计思想——宽带薪酬。指出宽带薪酬体系的优势,分析了宽带薪酬体系的特征和作用,介绍了设计宽带薪酬的流程,并提出了实施宽带薪酬应注意的问题。文章以一家国有改制企业A公司为例,运用先进的宽带薪酬理念,为其设计了一套薪酬管理体系,以此来变革传统的薪酬体系,推动和确保公司战略的实施,从而使企业的战略目标得以实现。本文的结论是:使用宽带薪酬体系一方面能使各类员工的工作积极性普遍增强,工作效率大幅度提高;另一方面,核心人员稳定性加强,离职率降低,部门内部的合作意识增强。对于企业来说具有普遍的操作意义。

【Abstract】 Between enterprise’s competition daily performance for talented person’s between competition, therefore, the attraction, detains the talented person as well as the full display existing talented person’s potential which the enterprise needs becomes the modern enterprise prosperity and decline success or failure the key. The salary management is one of enterprise human resources management core contents. Although the salary drives staffs only method, also is not the best means, but is actually is extremely important, the most commonly used method. Salary total amount same, salary structure different, manages the mechanism differently, the payment way is different, often can obtain the different effect. How therefore realizes the salary drive potency maximization, enable the salary both to have the best drive effect, and is advantageous to the staff troop’s stability, is worth the superintendent high matter of concern.This article elaborated one kind of emerging salary system design thought - wide band salary. Pointed out the wide band salary system the superiority, has analyzed the wide band salary system characteristic and the function, introduced the design wide band salary flow, and proposed the implementation wide band firewood has social dealings the attention question. The article state-owned changes the system enterprise A Corporation take as an example, utilizes the advanced wide band salary idea, has designed a set of salaries management system for it, transforms traditional by this the salary system, impels and guarantees the company strategy the implementation, thus enables the enterprise the strategic target to realize. This article conclusion is: The use wide band salary system on the one hand can cause each kind of staff’s work enthusiasm universal enhancement, the working efficiency large scale enhancement; On the other hand, the core personnel stability strengthens, the withdrawal rate reduces, department interior cooperation consciousness enhancement. As for the enterprise has the universal operation significance.
