无机导热元件在油田加热炉的应用技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对油田上油气集输工艺中广泛使用的火筒式原油加热炉进行了节能改造设计,提出了一种加热炉尾部改造的新方法。通过把具有高效传热性能的无机导热元件与传统的插管有机地布置于加热炉的烟管受热面上,形成了无机导热元件加热炉独特的双级传热机理,使得烟管低温区的换热明显增强。与传统的火筒式加热炉相比,无机导热元件加热炉热效率高,结构紧凑,造价低,经济效益十分显著。本文完成了1.74MW无机导热元件加热炉的设计工作,编写了通用的火筒式加热炉计算机设计程序和无机导热元件参数的优选程序,对无机导热元件加热炉和改造前的火筒式加热炉进行了简要的经济对比。无机导热元件加热炉突破了传统的结构模式,有效地强化了低温传热,经济效益明显,很有应用价值。

【Abstract】 Energy saving reform about fire tube heating-furnace using widely on oil fields studied in this paper. A new method to reform the furnace flue tubes is investigated . Through laying up Inorganic element conduct heat on flue tubes , the heat transfer capabilaty of flue tubes in low temperature zone is greatly strengthen. Comperating with fire tube heating furnace , the efficiency of Inorganic element conduct heat heating furnace is obviously higher , the structure is compacter , and the furnace producing cost is lower , the economic benefit is considerable. This paper contains the design calculation of 1. 74MW Inorganic element conduct heat heating furnace , and two computer programe: one is for fire tube heating furnace design , another is about the optimum seeking of Inorganic element conduct heat structural figures . Economic comparation between Inorganic element conduct heating-furnace and fire tube furnace is also briefly made in this paper.
