低渗透高粘稀油油藏蒸汽吞吐采油技术研究

【摘要】 本研究以朝阳沟油田热采试验区为实例,进行低渗透稀油稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐研究,通过注汽机理分析、油层和夹层属性研究,证实了该区块进行蒸汽吞吐驱替的可行性及技术的适用性。在计算分析隔热管柱对吞吐效果的影响后,有针对性的对管柱进行了优化设计。为提高吞吐开发效果,应用商业化软件STARS热采模型,分别对朝146-70井和142-69井两个井组进行蒸汽吞吐数值模拟研究。前半部分研究以朝146-70井组成的区域为模拟研究区域,其中,以朝146-70井为蒸汽吞吐井,该井在研究开始时已经完成一个吞吐周期,取得一定的动态资料,通过对该井组水驱阶段、蒸汽吞吐第一周期进行历史拟合,优选第二周期合理注入参数,参数主要包括:注汽速度、注汽量、注汽周期、闷井时间、生产井排液速度等。在取得蒸汽吞吐数值模拟研究经验的基础上,对朝142-69井组进行水驱阶段历史拟合,与吞吐开发效果预测,给出了不同吞吐方案下区块的最终开发效果,优选了合理开发方案,用于指导该井组蒸汽吞吐现场试验。最后通过对试验区实际开发状况分析,从技术成熟性、开发指标和经济指标三方面对开发效果做出了总体评价,进而明确了适合蒸汽吞吐的井、层条件。研究结果表明,对于含蜡低渗透油藏,蒸汽吞吐是一项有效的增产措施,朝阳沟油田二类区块蒸汽吞吐试验的成功,为进一步探索低渗高粘稀油油田通过采用蒸汽驱或段塞汽驱提高原油采收率的新措施提供了依据。

【Abstract】 This research is based on thermal recovery method pilot area of ChaoYangGou as an example, conducts the low permeability thin reservoir cyclic steam stimulation research, through the steam injection mechanism analysis, the oil reservoir and the intermediate layer attribution research, proved the feasibility of cyclic steam stimulation and the technical application. After the computation analysis the insulating pipe column on the effect of the cyclic steam stimulation, the reasonable tube is designed. In order to enhance the cyclic steam stimulation development effect, the commercial software STARS thermal recovery model was used to conduct the cyclic steam stimulation numerical simulation separate study for the Chao146-70 well group and 142-69 well group. The research taking Chao 146-70 well composition the region as the simulator study region, additional, taking Chao146-70 well as the cyclic steam injection well, when did the research starts, the first turnover cycle has been completed, the certain performance data was obtained, this well group water drive stage, the cyclic steam stimulation first cycle was chose to carry on the historical matching, optimizing second cycle the injected parameter. the parameter mainly includes: injection rate, injection quantity, injection cycle, shut-in time, the production well drainage quantity and so on. Basing on the obtaining the cyclic steam stimulation numerical simulation study experience, carrying on the water drive stage history matching to Chao 142-69 well group, and the development effect of the turnover are predicted, the finally development effect of the different turnover plans has given about the region, the reasonable development plan are optimized, that used to guide the cyclic steam stimulation lease test for this well group. Finally, through the analysis of actual development condition for the pilot area, from the three respect of the technical maturation, the development index and the economic index has made the overall estimation about the development effect, the condition
