【摘要】 研究目的：观察以梅花针配合穴位注射转移因子治疗慢性湿疹的效果，并探讨其作用机理。研究方法：将116例符合条件的患者随机分组，治疗组58例，对照组58例，治疗组为用转移因子穴位注射，同时配合梅花针局部叩刺，每4日1次，7次为1疗程；对照组为西药组，每次1片，每日1次，28天为1疗程。抽取治疗组中40例病人血液进行治疗前后CD₃、CD₄、CD₈ T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2、IL-4细胞因子的检测，并与20例正常人作对照。结果：治疗组有效率为96.6％，对照组有效率为72.4％，经统计学分析，P＜0.01，有显著性差异，说明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。湿疹患者的CD₃、CD₄、IL-2水平低于正常，CD₈、IL-4水平高于正常，说明细胞免疫可能参与了湿疹的发生、发展过程。治疗后CD₃、CD₄、IL-2水平升高，CD₈、IL-4水平降低，说明梅花针配合转移因子穴位注射治疗慢性湿疹可能与其调节机体的细胞免疫功能相关。结论：以梅花针叩刺配合穴位注射治疗慢性湿疹，疗效显著且持久，其作用机理可能与其抗炎、抗过敏、提高机体免疫力等有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe efficacy of the acupuncture point injection TF treatment chronic eczema coordinates with cutaneous acupuncture, and discusses its action mechanism. Method: Conforms to the condition patient 116 examples stochastically to group, the treatment group 58 examples, compare group 58 examples, the treatment group for uses the TF point injection, at the same time coordinates the cutaneous acupuncture to knock on the thorn partially, 1 time every 4 days, 7 times are a treatment course; compare group is the western medicine group, 1 piece each time, 1 time every day, 28 days is a treatment course. Extracts in the treatment group 40 patients’ blood to carry on CD₃, CD₄, CD₈ T lymphocyte subgroup and IL-2, IL-4 cell factor examination, and makes the comparison with 20 examples normal people. Result: Treatment group effectiveness is 96.6%, compare group effectiveness is 72.4%, after statistics analysis, P < 0.01, has the remarkable difference, explained the treatment group curative effect obviously surpasses compare group. Eczema patient’s CD3, CD4, IL-2 level is lower than normally, CD₈, IL-4 level is higher than normally, explained the cellular immunity possibly participated in eczema occurrence, the developing process. After the treatment CD₃, CD₄, IL-2 level elevates, CD₈, IL-4 level reduces, showed cutaneous acupuncture coordination TF acupuncture point injectiontreatment chronic eczema is possible if the adjustment organism cellular immunity function to be related. Conclusion: Knocks on the thorn by the cutaneous acupuncture to coordinate the acupuncture point injection treatment chronic eczema, the curative effect remarkable also lasting, its action mechanism is possible the anti- inflammation, the anti- allergy, enhances organism immunity and so on to concern.更多还原
