【摘要】 目的:本研究运用中医理论,从理论和临床研究两方面探讨了长期间断服用中药辨证汤剂在类风湿关节炎防止复发中的临床疗效。方法:统计自2004.5～2005.5住院及门诊类风湿关节炎病人45例。以长期间断服用中药辨证汤剂者为治疗组,共30例;以服用中成药火把花根片加西药贝速清者为对照组,共15例。治疗6个月,观察两组治疗后复发次数、复发症状与实验室观察指标评分的对比情况。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗总有效率、证候疗效、复发次数、部分症状改善方面有显著性差异(P<0.05),在关节X线片、关节功能、部分症状和实验指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:证明了“伏毒致痹”理论的正确性及其采用中药汤剂间断给药的服药方法能有效防止或减少缓解期类风湿关节炎患者病情复发的科学性。也证明了间断服用中药汤剂方法在维持缓解和抗复发方面较中成药火把花根片有更好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: By means of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the research systematically probes into the effect of dialectical decoction taken disconnected for a long time to prevent the recrudescence of the rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: We observed 45 patients of rheumatoid arthritis from 2004～2005 . Among them 30 cases were given long-term and disconnected decoction served as the treating group;While the control group contained 15 cases, prescribing with“Huobahuagen tablet”and“Beisuqing tablet”.After treating 6 months,we observed the symptoms and laboratory indexes etc of the two groups.Results: The two groups have significant difference in total effective rate,syndrome curative effect,recurrence number,joint function and some symptoms,there is not significant difference in joint X-ray ,other symptoms and laboratory indexes.Conclusion: We have proved our theory is right and this way to take decoction so as to prevent or reduce the recrudescence of the rheumatoid arthritis is scientific.At the same time,it proved that this way has better effect than Chinese patent medicine,“Huobahuagen tablet”.更多还原
