悬挂体系荧烷类有机电致发光材料的分子设计及合成研究

【摘要】 电致发光是一种直接将电能转换成光能的现象,电能与光能之间的转换属于非热性转换,是一种电场激励发光的电光效应。有机电致发光材料及器件的研究是平面显示技术研究的关键。荧烷类发光材料由于其分子中有氧桥的存在,使分子保持了较好的刚性平面结构,因而能产生强烈的荧光。而且这类发光材料具有独特的色光和艳度,可用作优良的有机电致发光材料的发光体。悬挂体系有机电致发光材料的研究是该类材料研究的前沿研究之一。 论文综合评述了有机电致发光材料中的关键组成——发光体材料的发光机理、材料结构与性能。根据发光体材料的发光机理和结构特征分析,创新地设计了新型悬挂体系有机电致发光材料的主客发光体。采用高荧光效率的荧烷类化合物为主发光体即发光材料的母体结构,高电子亲合势的电子传输单元噁二唑为客发光体,主发光体和客发光体键联成具有悬挂体系结构特征的新型有机电致发光材料发光体。 论文在分子设计的基础上,结合荧烷类化合物的合成原理与工艺,研究了由间氨基苯酚为原料经烷基化、Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应合成2-羧基-4’-二烷基氨基-2’-羟基二苯甲酮的不同的方法,以及前期以间氨基苯甲醚为原料合成间甲氧基-N,N-二烷基苯胺和2-羧基-4’-二烷基氨基-2’-甲氧基二苯甲酮。探讨这些反应的机理,实验分析评估了反应温度、时间等工艺参数组合。产物经IR、H~1 NMR、UV和元素分析等有机光

【Abstract】 Electroluminescene (OEL) is phenomenon in which converts electricity to light. The conversion between electricity and light is an electricity-light domino offect which don’t produce heat. The key point to the research on panel-display technology OEL is Organic Electroluminescene (OEL) material and device. Fluoran derivatives are an excellent kind of light-emitting material due to the strong fluorescence and electron-inject peculiarity.The development of research on the key component host light-emitting material of Organic Electroluminescene material, structure of the material was evaluated. Based on the principle of light-emitting materials’ luminescene and structure of the material studied, the novel "Suspension-structure" organic electroluminescene materials consisting of host and visitor light-emitting molecules were designed. The fluoran compounds were used as host light-emitting material due to high fluoresce efficiency. The oxadiazole, thiadiazole and carbazole compounds were used as visitor light-emitting material due to strong appetency and ionization.The novel "suspension-structure" organic electroluminescene light-emitting materials were synthesized from host and visitor
