山东引种杨树(Populus spp.)无性系幼龄木材解剖结构的研究

【摘要】 杨树(Populus spp.)的年生长发育周期变化,是树种本身的生理生态学特性对外界环境条件周期变化的一种生态生理响应,是在一定的、长期的外界条件影响下,通过树木新陈代谢作用,形成的年周期生长发育规律,有明显节奏性和阶段性。杨树木材主要指次生木质部,是主要的产品器官。木材的内部结构和外部特征除了与杨树的遗传性状有关外,还与后天生长的生态环境有密切的关系。因此杨树木材的解剖结构可以作为评价杨树材性、品质的指标和选种育种及定向培育的重要依据。 山东是引种杨树的大省。因此,对山东杨树进行木材结构研究和材性评价,对于山东地区进行杨树引种和选种育种以及定向培育等均具有十分重要的意义。本文以从山东省(高密市、日照市)采集的共计30个杨树品系和品种为材料,对杨树幼龄木材结构及木材结构与材积蓄积量的关系进行了系统的研究。 运用不同切片方法和离析方法对杨树木材进行分析,结果表明:切片法中碳蜡切片比石蜡切片更适合杨树木材结构的分析;山东引种杨树由于样品间的差异以及所处地区的不同,木材蓄积量和分子结构均表现出明显的差异。在所用的样品当中,L系表现较好,中林系号表现较差;两个地区当中,莒县较高,高密市较低。 相关分析表明,对山东引种杨树进行材性评价时,除了木纤维的长度和长宽比及组织比量之外,导管长度和含量也是重要的评价指标。木纤维的长度、长宽比及含量可以决定杨树木材的用途。杨树木材组织比量可以为木材功能性改良提供重要理论依据。

【Abstract】 Poplar (Populus spp. ) annual grow cycle change, it is a kind of ecological physiology that the physiological ecology characteristics of seeds change to the environmental condition cycle of external world that is responded, it is under the influence of certain , long-term external condition, pass the metabolism function of the trees, annual cycle that form grow the law , there are obvious rhythms and phased. The poplar timber points the secondary xylem mainly, is a main products organ . The inside structure of the timber and external characteristic are besides relating to hereditary properties of the poplar, still have close relations with the acquired ecological environment that grows. So the important basis that the dissection structure of the poplar timber can be cultivated as the index , seed selection breeding and orientation of appraising the poplar material, quality.Shandong introduces a fine variety in the large province of the poplar. So, carry on timber structure research and material appraisal to Shandong poplar, to Shandong the area carries on poplars and introduces a fine variety and chooses seeds it has very important meanings that the breeding and orientation are cultivated etc.. This text adds up to 30 poplar .strains and varieties as the material for what has been gathered from Shandong (Gaomi, Rizhao ), have carried on systematic research to the timber structure of the poplar and timber structure and relation of accumulating quantity of material savings.Use and cut the method into slices and emanate the method to analyse the poplar timber differently, the result shows : The carbon wax cuts into slices and cuts the analysis suitable for the timber structure of more poplars even more into slices more than the paraffin wax in the law of cutting into slices; Difference because among the samples of the poplar that Shandong introduces a fine variety and living in the difference of the area, storage capacity of timber and molecular structure demonstrate the obvious difference . In the sample used, L. does well, the middle forest is that the number behaves worse; In two areas, Ju County is relatively high, the Gaomi city is relatively low.Dependence is analysed to indicate, to Shandong introduce a fine variety poplar last material it is at the time of the appraisals except length of fibre not wooden and the long and wide than and outside content, the length of the pipe and content are important evaluation
