煤炭企业循环经济中的脱硫固硫技术研究

【摘要】 我国的大气污染是煤烟型污染,硫是煤炭能源利用过程中对环境影响最大的物质之一。煤炭中大部分的硫在燃烧过程中生成SO2,排放到大气中,是形成酸雨的主要原因。如何提高煤炭资源的使用效率,减少SO2向大气环境的排放,一直是人们研究的课题。煤炭企业是煤炭生产和利用的源头,研究煤炭企业的脱硫固硫问题具有非常重要的意义。本文旨在利用循环经济的理念,按照生态规律来研究煤炭企业整个煤炭生产、消费和废物处理过程中的脱硫固硫问题。 本文通过对煤炭企业开展实际调查,对煤炭企业发展循环经济的资源条件进行了系统分析和研究。对煤炭开采中产生的煤矸石的综合利用技术进行了系统分析。煤矸石消耗量最大的项目是煤矸石燃烧发电和煤矸石制砖,煤矸石发电的脱硫固硫技术已经比较成熟,但矸石制砖的脱硫问题研究较少。本文对煤矸石作为制砖材料进行了系统研究,提出了煤矸石制砖生产中的脱硫固硫工艺及脱硫产物综合处理方案,并进行了生产实验验证。依据循环经济理论,本文对工业废物作为脱硫剂的可能性、脱硫效率及经济性进行了分析,并进一步探讨了脱硫产物的综合利用途径,减少固体废物排放。在上述研究的基础上,立足于发展循环经济,针对新汶矿业集团循环经济工业园规划,研究设计了基于循环经济理念的煤炭生产企业工业园的脱硫固硫技术方案,降低硫排放,提高资源利用率。 本文遵循循环经济的原理,从硫的产生开始,追踪硫在煤炭企业生产流程的去向,按照废物资源化利用和源头治理优先的原则,对煤炭企业与脱硫固硫有关的工艺技术进行系统研究,为煤炭企业发展循环经济过程中合理解决硫的问题提供理论和技术支持。 本课题对促进煤炭企业发展循环经济,减少煤利用过程中的二氧化硫排放,降低生产成本,提高资源利用率和企业经济效益发挥重要作用,具有重要的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Air pollution in China is mainly caused by coal combustion which produces flue gas that contains sulfur oxide, the most influential material to the environment in the process of coal’s utilization. The sulfur in coal is discharged into the air in the burning process, which is the main cause for acid rain. How to improve the efficiency of coal utilization and how to decrease the SO2 discharged into the air have always been subjects for research programs. Coal enterprises are the fountainhead in coal’s production and utilization, so it is of great significance to research the desulfurization and sulfur-fixing in coal enterprises. According to the ecological laws, the issues of desulfurization and sulfur-fixing in the process of coal production, consumption and waste disposal in coal enterprises is analyzed applying the conception of circular economy in this paper.The resource conditions in developing circular economy in coal enterprises is analyzed and researched systemically through investigation in this paper. The comprehensive utilization technology of gangue in the production of coal is also studied systemically. Generating power or making bricks with gangue can consume the largest amount of gangue. The technology of desulfurization and sulfur-fixing in using gangue to generate power has been fully developed. Desulfurization in using gangue to make bricks, however, calls for further research. The gangue as brick-making material is researched systemically in this paper, both the technique of desulfurization and sulfur-fixing and comprehensive utilization ways of desulfurization by-products in using gangue to make bricks are put forward, which are all demonstrated in production practice.In term of the circular economy theory, the possibility of industrial waste as absorbent, desulfurization efficiency and economic feasibility are analyzed in the paper. Ways of comprehensive utilization of desulfurization productions to decrease solid rubbish is also explored. Based on the above research, the technical program of desulfurization and sulfur-fixing of Xinwen Mineral Corporation’s Economy and Industry Zone is designd in terms of circular economy concept, with the purpose of decreasing the sulfur’s outcome and increasing the efficiency of untilizing coal
