塑料复合管材共挤机头计算机辅助设计系统研究

【摘要】 共挤出技术是当代应用广泛、技术先进的一种塑料复合型材加工方法,它能通过较低的生产成本,获得各种具有特殊性能塑料型材。近些年,随着塑料管材应用领域的不断的扩大,共挤出技术在复合管材加工方面也发挥着越来越重要的作用,具有很大的发展潜力和广泛的前景。如何合理快速的设计共挤出机头成为目前急需解决的一个问题。 随着科学技术的迅速发展,CAD技术逐渐成为现代塑料工业中模具设计的一项新型技术。CAD技术在模具领域得到广泛的应用,改变了传统的模具设计与制造方法,使得模具设计的自动化、智能化与集成化水平不断提高,大大提升了企业生产的效率和效益。因此,将计算机辅助设计应用于模具设计已经成为当今企业发展的必然趋势。 本文在深入了解塑料复合管材共挤出机头的设计过程和研究分析双组分塑料熔体在管材共挤出口模内流动情况的基础上,应用三维造型软件的二次开发技术,以造型软件Solid Edge为开发平台,采用Visual Basic编程语言工具,创建了塑料复合管材共挤出机头的主要零件参数化设计系统。基于模块化设计方法的各种优越性,系统的开发结合建立参数化的三维零件库的基本思想,采用模块化设计方法,主要由信息输入模块、机头零件生成模块、装配模块、工程图模块、校核模块和标准件模块等组成。系统中采用参数化设计方法,设计人员变动一个参数值,将自动改变所有与它相关的尺寸,并遵循一定的约束关系。 该系统可以完成设计计算、模型建立、系统装配、工程图转换等工作,具有较好的灵活性,从而扩展了solid edge的功能。系统在良好的人机交互环境下,改善了普通CAD造型软件缺乏针对性、参数计算繁琐,重复工作较多,导致设计周期长的缺点,提高了设计的柔性。塑料复合管材共挤出机头的主要零件参数化设计系统的建立为将来开发共挤塑料棒材、共挤塑料异型材等留出较大的扩展余地,便于以后的开发和研究。同时,该系统的建立为CAD/CAM/CAPP的双向集成奠

【Abstract】 Co-extrusion is a developing technique in the contemporary era. It is widely used in the field of plastic composite profiles processing. With the continuous extension of plastic pipe application field, co-extrusion technique plays a more and more important role in composite pipe and it also foresees huge potential and extensive perspective. How to get reasonable design of extrusion die for co-extrusion has become an increasingly imminent and needs to be resolved.With the rapid development of science and technology, Computer aided design has been becoming an advanced technology for mould designing in plastics industry. Widely used in designing field, CAD technology has made designing process develop towards the direction of high-automation, high-intelligence and high-integration. So great changes has made in the method of mould conventional plastic design and manufacturing, in other words, using CAD technology can decrease the cost of product and improve the efficiency of enterprise. Accordingly, it has become a trend that Chinese enterprises to apply Computer aided technology to mould designing.In this paper, according to the intimate understanding of the co-extrusion die design and the analysis of polymer melts co-extrusion flow, adopting secondly development technology of three-dimensional CAD soft, a parametric CAD system of the extrusion die for co-extrusion plastic pipe was built up. The system was developed by Visual Basic language on the base of the environment of Solid Edge, and includes data inputting modular, model establishing modular, assembly modular, project draft modular, check modular and standard part modular. In the system, parametric design method is adopted. In other word, changing a value of parameter, system will change automatically all dimensions related this parameter and follow constraint terms.The system has good functions of design calculation, model establishing, part
