高速公路沥青面层施工质量控制技术研究

【摘要】 由于我国的高速公路沥青路面施工技术水平和国外相比尚有较大差距，施工质量控制一直是个困扰工程技术人员的问题。关于沥青路面的施工质量控制，国内外已作了大量研究，但并未形成系统的质量控制方法，未能有效提高工程的施工质量。本文针对我国高速公路沥青路面工程质量出现的问题，如材料使用不规范、沥青混合料设计不合理、车辙病害、水损害、路面平整度差等问题，从沥青面层施工的角度，考虑到可能影响工程质量的各个环节，以乐温高速公路为例，从原材料(包括沥青、集料、填料)、沥青混合料、沥青混合料的拌合运输、沥青混合料的摊铺以及碾压几个方面，提出了沥青路面的质量控制方法。 研究认为：①控制混合料的级配曲线走向、公称最大粒径、沥青用量、沥青膜有效厚度、粉胶比以及用合适的水泥剂量替代矿粉均可以提高沥青路面的高温性能；②提出增加石料高温压碎值指标评价粗集料质量，以及根据环境和条件因素对原材料质量的规范要求进行调整是合理的、可行的，并可以提高沥青路面的工程质量；③沥青混合料的设计对沥青面层的质量影响很大，设计过程必须科学、合理；④拌合过程质量控制可以提高沥青混合料的质量，科学的装料和卸料方法可以有效避免离析现象；⑤混合料的摊铺过程质量控制可以有效提高路面平整度和防止混合料的离析；⑥混合料的碾压过程质量控制可以有效提高路面压实度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because the superhighways asphalt pavement construction technique level of our country and abroad to compare to have the bigger margin still, the construction quantity control always is a problem of perplexing the engineering technical personnel. As for the asphalt pavement construction quality control, a great deal of research have already made at home and abroad, but did not become the systematic quality control method, can not raise the engineering quality effectively. This paper put forward the control method of the asphalt pavement construction quality facing the engineering quality problem appeared to our country superhighway asphalt pavement, for example, the material using not the norm, the asphalt mixture design not reasonable, the car-rutting disease harm, the water injure, the badly surface neat degree etc, from the angle that the asphalt surface course construction, considering the each link that may affect engineering quality, to take LeWen superhighway as an example, from the original material( including the asphalt , the aggregate and the filler), the asphalt mixture, the mixing and conveying of asphalt mixture, the spreading and rolling of asphalt mixture.更多还原
